Prevent Agent from seeing other Agents Chat History
Currently, an Agent is allowed to see and browse All other Agents Chat History, even Admins!
It would be better to disable this feature or let the Admin grant this privilege.

I understand your response but for websites that use your chat facility to help with sales, it can be bad for agents to view each others work/chats. Would it not be worth developing an option whereby admins have the option to let agents view 'all' chats, or only view their own?
Could you please implement this feature? I suggest you have this as optional.

I want to make the chat private between agents, which excites the option that no agent without authorization can not see the chat with a client.
Make chats private! Non admin should not be able to see others chats, reps are all complaining about it. Some sales people have started making it a habit to read all live chats and comment on them!
Block chat history so that one agent does not see another agent's conversation. Allow this only for the site administrator.
This would ensure the privacy of the calls and only the site administrator could see and follow the conversations.

We would like to be able to restrict agents from seeing other agents' chat/ticket history. Although this idea has been suggested before, I would like to make emphasis on such a very much desired improvement. If not part of a free version, this could be a premium version feature which we would be more than happy to pay for. As it is now, we have to find another chat provider since this is a deal breaker for us.
It would be great if the admins had the posibility to control who sees/access the histories on the Dashboard/controlpanel. In some teams (like sales!) it is no good to let everybody sees what the other do/chat to.

seeing all chats can be VERY distracting. is there a way to hide all but the current chat then?
I added a new agent today and surprisingly he can see all the previous chats. Our client's data is not secured even one agent can takeout all the emails from history. Please look into this matter.

Admins should be able to restrict agents from reading other's agents conversations ! Thats is bringing me a lot of troubles in my business
As always, the admin (owner) of the account should make those decisions.
