Resizing editing box
The ability to resize the editing box would make creating shortcuts much easier.
Currently, you can only see a few lines of text at a time.

It will be great to have function, that allows to change agents chat text input field size. At this moment it's possible to view only 3 lines of text.

It would be good to have a right to resize the agent chat box. Current tiny box is a bad UX when you need to convey long messages or involved in the extended conversation.
