To export all your user data and chat history into csv files

Would be really useful to have all your data exported on csv or spreadsheet files, for instance your user data information name, email because you can contact them later with email marketing campaigns. And your history to check usual behaviors on your customers

    If want to convert multiple json file try this link http://1link2u.com/converter.php ...i just try click link below that recommend by the user..it works..actually i used other website but need 1 by 1 it waste my time..luckily i try that link..actually i think that link is virus but it not. You can try it.

    Now it can only export 20 messages at one time.
    if you want to export more, you need to roll down the messaging page.
    but the page always frozen... so now it impossible to export all messages.
    please add the new feature. :)

    I would also like a way to export the website visitor information (not just chats) including the date/time and location and any notes I have added. Is there any way to do this???

    Collect the pre chat form emails and add them to a list. Then we need an ability to export the collected lists via csv or txt files so that we can add them to our mailing lists. Offcourse if anyone wants a GDPR complaint checkbox in the pre form then that's a bonus feature that can be added.

    if we have created one specific form in our chat box to get the basic details from our customers like name, email id & contact no. then tawk to should provide option to download that dump in any format (Like excel, word)

    Option to export the chats in excel format, fields like name, contact no, email ID, Message and Time

    Contacts and chats you can download with CSV or Excel files. This would allow us to manage the various contacts in addition to archiving chats on our CRM, in a single file.
