pourquoi vous n'avez pas de widget comme zendesk, Vous n'avez pas le service de routage et le service de transfert de visiteur vers un autres agent, et il nous faut la photo de l'agent sur chaque message avec le visiteur, il faut vraiment améliorer s'il vous plaît

This would be helpful. Yes, you can "solicit" through a intra-agent chat but that process is 3 or 4 steps and 30 seconds as opposed to a single click and 3 seconds. In a high volume environment, focusing on how to save 25 seconds per action is impactful. It's also the difference between users "liking" a platform and "raving" about it.

Transferring a conversation to an agent is very complicated so I'll give the idea of creating a + button in the agent's own conversation I can transfer that conversation to the other agent at any time.

This doesn't yet look to have been implemented. The feature will be extremely useful. If it's still being developed, any sort of ETA would be much appreciated. Having another agent join and the original agent leave is a workaround at best. Thanks!

Please enable chat transfer between agent to agent and between department to department.
I know all agents can monitor a conversation all together. But if any agent join any call, then other agents may mot monitor the conversation anymore. So, if any agent thinks that, this visitor should be handled a specific agent or department, then he/she should be able to transfer the visitor to the right agent or department. This will ensure the quality support.
So please, think about it.

I want to transfer the chat to another operator understand? not just talk to them online connected like an action that the client calls the technical support, so if by mistake he needs invoices, the chat function is to transfer to the financial department.
