SSSoooo many small businesses use Slack. Build an integration and you will not only get many more customers interested in Tawk, but the current customer base will be very happy! Give the people what they want. This integration is the only thing holding us back from using Tawk. Lets do this. At the very least, allow the use of webhooks - please!

Don't just slack. Microsoft Teams is upcomming there are Cisco Teams and other. Make an API or open possibility to create integrations.

It is very handy to get notifications and interact through an already installed app, specially that can allow separate channel.
Managing and installing a separate tawk app is not so smooth experience.
For example, mine logged out on mobile one fine day without me being notified. I came to know only when customer called my on mobile for not responding to chat
That is --bad-- customer experience!
