Manual ONLINE/OFFLINE Switch
Sometimes an agent is connected on hours thar are not the Scheduled hours. It would be good to be able to manually turn status to ONLINE or OFFLINE.

If the (only) agent wants to quickly leave the session, thy have to individually click each and every site/page. It would be handy to have one additional button next to the site and pages groups that toggles all sites and pages within the group.
Could also be expanded to include an option under the "online" dropdown in the dashboard to do the same/similar things.
To add a main online and offline switch that can be managed from the primary account! This ensures that if agents forget to log out, customers don't think that their queries are getting ignored!
