API Online Agents
A simple API to get all the online Agents of ou tawk.to chat, to show in our website like :
if the user * is online, show a green image and his name, and if the user * is offline, show a red image and his name...

Yes, we would like to show our visitors which agent is currently available. Some JS-API for that would be great.

so...where are we with this ? would be good to be able to get the name of the agent that responded to the chat window as well

Make an API available so that monitoring systems can check how many agents are available at any given time.
Or: setup a notification system that sends an email when there are no agents available.
Now it happens too often that all our agents are offline and I would like to prevent that from happening -

Agreed. Easy feature to implement in the API - and a standard feature of other systems. Something like

This would make it possible to display different text and links throughout the website, like "Chat with us" which would open the tawk chat when an Agent is online, or "Leave a message" which would open a contact form or go to the contact page when no agent is online and tawk is hidden.
