Set default Alias to a site
Set default Alias to a site, for example when a customer chats from site A, Alias A is selected by default., when a chat comes from site B Alias B is selected.

I'm just start using tawk but definitely yes, set default Alias - is required option.

YES!!! just had a chat with tawk assistant about this, added a 2nd site to my dasboard and now either have to choose for EACH chat the correct alias (which have a company logo....) OR have to have a VERY GENERIC Default alias ... like "Assistant"... no good.

To avoid serving a site's visitor with wrong profile alias (from another site) this could be a good update in my opinion

to have certain alias' linked to certain websites that I manage. I have 7 sites. And I want to be able to answer each of them as the name of the person they're expecting for each site. Not just one name for all.

If you use tawkto on more then website and want to use more then alliases it would be great that you can set a alias as default per website.

Working on behalf on a call centre ive been impressed with the app but have a few items that have caused some delay in using the app:
1. A template alias that is automatically applied when a person takes a chat from a site.
2. ability to position the 'livehat' box that appears when viewing on a mobile.
3. a mid way level above agent but below admin, or a way to create new 'roles'
