  2. Mark with the star chats to see later

    It would be great for people using Tawk.to in landings that you can mark the chats with a star or something like that to see that later or count it as good contact.
    It will really improve the system

  4. geographic filter for local businesses

    I run a local business and I would like to have a filter that allows me to chat with users on my website from my own area.

    For businesses with several local branches in different places in the country, it would be good to have this geopraphic filter for each Team member.

  5. How about adding an option for sending email notifications for tickets assigned to me.

    Like if a colleague assigns a ticket to me, i should get an email notification that i have a ticket so i can solve it.

    It is easy if CRM solutions is directly integrated with chat widgets for companies focussing on lead generation. So I would like to know if you can do this then we would like integrate you chat widget on our site

  12. Customizable login page

    I was wondering, what if you give the possibility to every user to customize their login page to their chat dashboard ?
    I mean let the user insert the logo of his company or other features that might make appear the login page more professional , if used by employees

  13. Adding seconds next to minutes in transcript emails

    One of our accounts claim that is very important to know how many seconds take to his staff to respond visitors from question to question. Currently it is only possible to know at what time and minutes visitor asked question and support provided an answer, but not possible how many seconds took from question to answer. Although 40 seconds seem to not be that long, it is an eternity while being behind a monitor... just a thought that should be difficult to add.

    OpenCart allows use of multiple languages within a single install. Essentially, they allow multilingual stores.

    OpenCart also allows multiple stores running on a single install/instance. It is a multistore software.

    So the talk.to OpenCart extension setting page should allow:
    1. Mapping of each OpenCart store to a talk.to site
    2. Mapping of each installed language for each OpenCart store to a talk.to widget within that OpenCart store.

  17. have the ability to not having the cursor put automatically in the chat box after a automatic system message (trigger)

    When we setup triggers, the chat pops up automatically (automatic system message). The problem is that the cursor of the user is not on the chat box, so if the user was typing into another field in the web page, it now writes in the chat box and sometime annoying to the end-user. Would be nice to have the ability to set the cursor NOT to automatically go into chat box after trigger.

  20. Disable agents aliases, to prevent from changing their name

    I have a big problem.
    I'm the admin (name Chris)
    I have 3 agents (name Test1, Test2, Test3)

    An agent join in the chat to help users with problems.
    The agent is tricky go before (or after joining the chat) -> to Profile->Aliases and rename his name Test1 to Chris.

    Now he looks like for my visitors as Chris -> the admin. But he only changed the name. He has agent privilegy but no one of my users can see this right.

    That is a BIG Problem for me, because its like steeling the identy."
