Messages that cannot be replyed.
In automatic options, add an option to display a message which cannot be replyed,until customers opens a chat (filling out the fields before starting a chat, and also if the chat is currently online) and an option that allow closing a chat (execute a automatic chat close in automatations and add like [close] tag to allow to send a message and also close the chat,a message which cannot be answered until chat is reopened.

Widget click/maximize statistics
It would be great if, in addition to the already existing statistical values, we could see how often somebody clicked on the minimized widget, i.e. maximized it (and also increase the counter when Tawk_API.maximize() is fired).
We'd like to compare how often the widget is opened vs. how often users have taken any kind of action within the widget (initiated a chat, sent an offline message etc.)3 votes -

List of current users
List of current users that are on the website.
We already know that it is possible to see users from the dashboard, i would like to publicly show (in a widget elsewhere) who else is on the website.
So users can see how busy we are. just a list of names and duration.

add a feature to be alerted when a specific user returns to the website
a feature for the chat widget could be that a person who was on the website and left could then be "tagged" and "remembered" so that when he/she visits the website in the future, the agent who tagged the visitor is alerted of the visit. Either by email or by the ringing sound that comes up when someone chats.
