Automatically change status to away when inactive
if i am in the admin panel, and i am online. but i walk away from my desk i would like my status to auto change to offline or away when there is no activity for 30 minutes ( or a set amount of time )

Rate agent on chat end
Review agent pages that appear when a chat is ended have more chance of collecting the users ratings than the in-chat thumbs.
Maybe include stars, single and message input fields.

Have the ability to have Tawk ask questions (what would you like to do, talk to sales or support) and automatically route those people to the right departments or people. This will keep your salespeople selling and your support people helping without wasting time to transfer them to the right people.

Alternatively, create a chat widget for each language. Adding multiple widgets to a Property can be helpful when you want to customize your Widget to match different sections of your website, languages or settings. Each new widget you add will be in English by default. For each set of pages with a new language, you’ll need to create a new Widget and manually set the language. Ask customer for email / name while chatting. Pre-chat form in chat
It would be nice to have a input box drop into the chat window, as the chatting is going, asking for the users name / mail, and it would fill out the name and email in the dashboard. it could be an option under pre-chat form called "while-in-chat form" or something like that :)

An alternative method is to create a Trigger message asking for their information. You can also create Shortcuts or canned responses for repetitive questions visitors ask. Setting up Shortcuts saves you time and keeps your responses accurate and consistent. This also ensures that your spelling and grammar are correct. Adding 2 factor Auth.
I suggest that you add 2FA in order to keep accounts secure.
I personally my self get targeted a bit. 2FA would make it almost impossible to hack my account.

A web portal where customers can view the ticket history, add message to own tickets, raise ticket and so on...

Allow us to put social media links with a Facebook, Instagram, Twitter icon etc
make it so we can put our facebook,instagram,twitter etc on the chat on the bottom directly so when they click it they can follow us! this would be great :D please get this feature ASAP!

Admin Feature to Change Status of Other Admins/Agents
Allow admins to change the status of other admins/agents.
Preferably it would have the same options as if you were changing it for yourself (both the 'Online', 'Away' and 'Invisible' options and the 'Accept chats from' toggles), but changeable for other admins/agents.
An option on the Manage Agents page to 'Allow admin status change' would also be useful.We've had users start livechats countless times when none of our admins/agents were online and one of them forgot to change their status. The user would expect for someone to join as it says 'Online'.

We highly recommend setting up the widget scheduler to cover your business operating hours in order to avoid incidents in the event that an agent forgets to log out..
The Scheduler's purpose is to make the chat widget go offline even if the agent is logged in.
Once the Scheduler is activated, you don't need to worry about forgetting to log out or manually setting your status to Offline.
Example:
Let's say you’ve scheduled your widget to appear online from 9 AM - 5 PM. If you log in before 9 AM, you can still monitor your visitors without receiving any chats. However, your chat widget will stay offline and the visitor will get the offline form.

Chat box must be draggable when Minimised also
Chat box must be draggable when Minimised also. But from some specific place on the chat bar. It will help to multiple click and then drag and then again it need to minimise as it covers more space then before.

Closing chat message annoying
When a customer ends the chat there is a message saying that do you want to end the chat is annoying. Once customer click end chat, it means he or she want to end, still asking them is really annoying them. Please remove it.

Duplicate "Site", copy property - to duplicate the widgets, settings, triggers etc
Duplicate "Site" option - to duplicate the widgets and settings and triggers etc (without having to create them from scratch each time, which is time consuming when you have to modify all the colours, behaviours, content etc for each and every customer you want to deploy Tawk.to on.

CNAME Masking of the Tawk.to URL
We use tawk.to as a pop-out chat.
Because of this the tawk.to url is displayed.
I think it would be a good idea to be able to mask the tawk.to URL with CNAME.
So then the URL would could be 'livechat.example.com'.
This shouldn't affect tawk in getting your name out of there as like with the chat being at the bottom of the page, your logo would be in the bottom right corner still :).

Add Internal ticket feature
It would be great if we can issue a ticket to internal departments, not to clients
Ex, support agent receive the enquiry and issue the ticket to Account department, not to the client. Account team can reply to them.38 votesHi Takiko,
This is a good idea.
Here is a temporary workaround.
What you can do is, in the “Recipient Email” field put the person you want to assign the ticket to and then from the “Assign to” dropdown pick which agent or department you want the ticket to be assigned to.Hope this helps for now.

Change page title dynamically
I use the posting of new page information within iFrames and with dynamic scripts. The actual document page doesn't change, but "where" the visitor is within the site does change. I would like to be able to the document tag title to a new name without the page reloading so the Tawk app sees the page title change.

Add chat button to email copy
Most live chat services provide you with the code to embed a chat button inside an email copy. This is very powerful in an email marketing campaign, as well as for personal emails, enabling the client to respond to an email straight away by engaging in a live chat.
It's not too complicated to implement and I would be happy to provide technical details from other services I've used.
