  1. Keep the times set in the sheduler

    Keep the times from the sheduler active when disabling / re-enabling... we have to manually drag all the times again.

  3. Add Scheduler to Tawk.to Pages

    Tawk.to Sites have a scheduler option in the assets. Tawk.to Pages does not have a scheduler option. Can you add the scheduler to the asset list for Tawk.to Pages?

    1. It would be great if it was possible to remove the ability for someone on my site to email themselves a transcript of the chat?


    2. It would also be very helpful if auto correct could be enabled on the backend for chat agents. I assumed that the browser would take care of this even if tawk.to doesn't have this internally but it doesn't

  6. Export and Import custom Knowledgebase by Property/account via API

    Property KB is client know-how and should be easily to export or import. It's annoying to build KB by copy/paste system. Even worse if it is needed approval of answers.

    It would be really great to simplify this process and make building KB faster with less manually work.

  7. Video Call To Include Chat sidebar/frame

    The New Video call and Voice Call Feature is amazing, Few points I would suggest.


    • On accepting or making a call, a new tab/page is opened which is good, but it would be nice if the chat from the same session is as well on the same screen, this way user wont have to switch back to site to send files and or to type.


    • Specially when they need to type out something. or to send files/attachements.


    • It would be great if screensharing is as well right on the same tab/page.

    We don't use Facebook or Twitter - option to remove them would be great. I'll check back after I look at different software.

  9. The tooltip for the chat button currently says, "maximize". It would be much more helpful if it said, "Click to chat with us" or similar.

    When you hover over the chat button, it currently says, "maximize". It would be much more helpful for our visitors if it said something like, "click to chat with us." While I know what the button is for, my visitors won't. And, "maximize" doesn't tell them anything useful.

  10. Dashboard unique url pattern

    I know your dashboard is completly AJAX, but i think it will be a great idea if you will have unique URL in all your dashboard sections.

    I want to link to your dashboard conversition history from my company system, and i can't now because is always "https://dashboard.tawk.to/"

  11. Simple Machine Forum (SMF)

    You are not providing any plugin, mod, integration code, and support for Simple Machine Forum (SMF), while its a good Content Management System even that i raise my this issue with your live chat about in Dec 2016 but till there is nothing i found for SMF. If you also suport for SMF its a good for us and many people are waiting for your new updates.

  12. Being able to access to past conversations, contacts, etc. via API

    Current API is quite small in possibilities. Something very interesting will be to be able to access to contacts, pasts conversations, etc. via queries to an API.

  16. Assign Triggers to Assets

    Currently, we create different assets for different parts of the site (support vs sales vs general). The triggers that pop up for new customers vs existing ones are different they should be kept separate (i.e., if someone has been to the support forum less than 5 times and on a page more than 4 minutes a chat should pop up saying "new to our support forum? Is there anything we can do to help?"

    That shouldn't pop up on the main site domain.com, just the support section, support.domian.com.

  17. Mobile Widget changes would be cool

    I would at the very least like the ability to change the text on the mobile widget. I want it to say "pricing" not "Chat". I like how I can customize the appearance on the desktop.

    Can you make this available?

  19. Provide way to minimize keyboard on mobile

    Sorry if this has already been suggested. Using iphone 6 ios 10 i see no way to minimize keyboard on mobile. This results in chat messages being covered by keyboard and menu options being covered by keyboard
