  1. Combobox on pre-chat

    U guys should provide a combobox for the chat pre-form.
    It's less agressive to the user than the standard radio buttons option, it also make's the chat much smaller in case u need several multi-option camps.

    the scheduler should have a button to replicate the same hours across selected dates... so if I am only open Mon-Fri 8-8 then I should be able to set that once and have it replicate the whole week instead of manually sliding the time fro each day

  5. Enhance Javascript API with onMessageSend and onMessageReceive

    It would be useful to provide a hook in the Javascript API, e.g. onMessageSent() and onMessageReceived(), then you could handle that however you wished. For example you could post using AJAX to a REST service which stored the transcript separately in a back office system

  6. Only make sounds on visitors that match my filters in monitoring

    I only care about visitors from my country, i would love it if the desktop app did not ping everytime someone else visited, i set a filter for a reason!!!

  8. Option to show the advanced trigger once per day

    Currently there is a limit for the trigger to once per visitor. I would like to enable "once per day per visitor" to allow the trigger to show to returning visitors, but not to often, so once per day would be a good frequency.

  9. Create a feature that will allow linking to a tawk shortcut. This will make responding to user questions much faster.

    For instance, if someone ask a question I could fire back with an answer using a short and that answer would contain a clickable link containing specific additional information.

  12. Adjust the position of the default button

    If there is an option to re position the default button location in website, its looks pretty cool to use. Ex: Im using button in right center, but I already using another content over there. But both the designs gets overlap.

  13. Customize which properties are live-tracked on their dashboard

    This idea came upon me when I was creating multiple properties for different website I am managing on behalf on my clients.

    My dashboard stats became more and more crowded and I was unable to track only my OWN website, since I'm admin of so many properties.

    It would be nice to be able to "mask" or "disable" some properties you're admin of from the dashboard.

  16. when creating an agent, select department they will be in.

    When creating an new agent, there should be a way to add them to a department.

    Currently when creating a new agent, one then has to separately go into manage departments and manually add that agent to the department.

  17. Create history for agent to agent chats within a department for supervisory review.

    I am unable to find a history for agent to agent chat within a department. I would like to be able to review agent to agent chats as needed in a supervisory capacity or for HR needs.

  18. Emailed chat transcript should use full domain name, or be admin-settable

    Emailed transcript has subject "Chat transcript on <example.com>..." and email body starts, 'Chat on <example.com>".

    Problem where we use tawk, multi-tenant systems, where different subdomains distinguish different clients (abc.example.com, xyz.example.com, etc.) We use different site-id for each, so tawk can distinguish.

    Either, have transcript use full domain ("Chat on abc.example.com"), or provide a site-level configuration "display name", and use "Chat on ABC Corp."

  19. Add the ability to see the busiest days and times within a date range so we can adjust our staffing needs better.

    As we are a growing business, we support by only email and live chat, so we need to ensure that we have our staffing needs covered for the busiest times and days. Adding that reporting layer of being able to see those busiest times/days within a given date range will help us determine our staffing needs for our clients. Thanks.

  20. Notification tooltip for custom button

    Like there is a feature already there to change custom like text based on status from this link https://www.tawk.to/knowledgebase/advanced-features/using-a-text-link-or-button-to-open-the-chat-widget/.....
    There should also be notification tooltip if new msg is available for visitor if he/she has closed the widget window.
