  1. Assign Triggers to Assets

    Currently, we create different assets for different parts of the site (support vs sales vs general). The triggers that pop up for new customers vs existing ones are different they should be kept separate (i.e., if someone has been to the support forum less than 5 times and on a page more than 4 minutes a chat should pop up saying "new to our support forum? Is there anything we can do to help?"

    That shouldn't pop up on the main site domain.com, just the support section, support.domian.com.

  2. Mobile Widget changes would be cool

    I would at the very least like the ability to change the text on the mobile widget. I want it to say "pricing" not "Chat". I like how I can customize the appearance on the desktop.

    Can you make this available?

  4. Provide way to minimize keyboard on mobile

    Sorry if this has already been suggested. Using iphone 6 ios 10 i see no way to minimize keyboard on mobile. This results in chat messages being covered by keyboard and menu options being covered by keyboard

    Reporting on total number of users doing this to determine if % chats afterwards. This will allow us to determine the best number of pre-qualifying fields the users should complete before a chat request is made

  9. Include Agent Image with Trigger

    Option to include Agent Image with trigger. We already are able to select an "Agent's Name". It would be nice to select an image too. We A/B tested this on another solution and triggers with images have a 59% better response rate.

  11. Add the Property name to the top of the Chat pane

    Managing chat from multiple sites or properties can be confusing for an agent especially if the web page title tag is not formed well. If you add the name of the Property to the top of the Chat Pane it would go far to eliminate this confusion.

  12. To Add User - make sure you wrap in a window.on('load') function

    You should add to the API that all JavaScript to SetAttributes should be wrapped in a window on load function to prevent asynchrenous loading. Took me a minute to figure out the real issue...so here is some sample code in WordPress to easily add in the username and email in a WordPress installation:

  13. New Tab feature - when using a page - remove the chat widget

    Hi, i like the new tab feature which allows you to pull in a URL from a HTTPS website.

    But when I am pulling in my own website, it also still has the 'chat widget' which covers up some of the screen as it is in a tab.

    Is it possible to remove the chat widget in tabs or restrict who it shows to, by using IP addresses?

  14. Optionally allow a new *column* on the monitoring screen to show the location (City, State) of a user.

    Having to hover over the flag on the monitoring screen is clumsy and doesn't allow us to see at one glance where visitors are from.

    Showing a column that always had this information would alleviate this deficency.

  16. Switch off all users and statuses from one place in one go, including making the app invisible

    We run the app on a number of computers and devices. We’d love a way to a) switch all statuses to Away from one device and b) have the app disappear altogether when we’re asleep! Currently, customer get irritated when they chat, but no one answers. The app doesn’t sync across devices, so even the same user setting status to Away on a desktop, can be live on an iPhone.

  19. Customize Icon (colour) for each site monitoring instead of being random

    • I wanto to choose colour for each site, when looking at the Monitoring page, so they are different (not just the letter) and stay the same each time I enter the dashboard,

    I now answer chat from 2 sites, and luckily they don't have the same first letter or I wouldn't be able to tell the difference on the monitoring page, because they both where displaying green colour.

    To solve this I refreshed the dashboard and now they had 2 different colours. Exited dashboard and when I entered again they were both green....

    The same way I would want to…

    3) When agents are offline and the widget is scheduled to be online, consider page status to be offline.
    4) When agents are offline and the widget is scheduled to be offline, consider page status to be offline.
