I have a company signature with our logo and links to our social media pages hidden under 24x24 logos. It would be lovely to add these to the emails I send through your service.

Ability to change "Write a reply" wording (i.e. "Let's Chat")
Currently, the text area for where a user initiates a 'chat' is obscure. The area blends in on our site's background, and the default "Write a reply" implies a conversation they're 'replying to'. It would be great to be able to make this more specific (i.e. "Let's Chat"), and have some 💬 delineation (i.e. borders on the text area, 'chat' icon, etc.). The appearance of the widget layout is great ('card' area inclusion of logo/video, etc), but 'chat' area at the bottom of the widget is disproportionately relegated to a text area input that isn't as obvious or 'stand out'…

Add sounds to notifications relating to Messaging (Ticketing) via web browser on the dashboard.

Alternatively, you can create a collage with 2 images and upload it as a single image.

Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for sharing your challenge here.
You can customize the colors, size and position of the widget. You can also move the chat card to any position in the widget body by dragging and dropping the widget cards.
To change the way the visitor widget appears on the pages of your website, follow these steps:
1. Go to ⚙️ Administration and select Channels in the left menu.
2. Select Chat Widget.
3. Click Advanced in the Widget Appearance menu.
4. Edit the settings to suit your website.
5. Click the Save button when finished.

Link to chat to a particular agent
List all the agents in our team and provide a link to each agent so that the user can choose who they would like to chat with.
This means that with each agent we could write a blurb about their specific speciality so that the user can select the agent who is best qualified to answer their particular issue.

ensure TawkConnectionTime cookie does not appear until cookie consent is given
TawkConnectionTime cookie currently loads when the widget appears even though it does not provide any visitor tracking to the app/dashboard. It would be better if no cookie was created until consent is given.
