  1. push notifications for new emails, tickets

    Push notifications to the app when a new email has arrived. The same way that we get a notification when a new chat comes in...
    We just noticed that we had 56 new emails inside Tawkto. But due to no push notifications to the ios app they were unattended...

  2. new user pop up message on mobile (as on desktop)

    Just want to find out if by any chance you guys having thoughts to make the invatation to the new user with small pop-up on the screen as well on mobile same as u have it on desktop? As I have seen big differences with chat that have this future.

    To All Our Valued Users, At this stage, we currently don't have a Trigger causing the widget to pop up on mobile devices. Once the Trigger is fired, it notifies the visitor that there is an unread message. It will show a little red number "1" on the widget. We've acknowledged your request and have forwarded it to the dev team. They will work with this suggestion and will add the feature in due course.   3. Make APK Downloadable directly from tawk.to

    Make tawk.to APK Downloadable directly from tawk.to like WhatsApp does for their APK for example.

    This is especially helpful if someone looses their Gmail account for example and Cannot get to the Google Play Store. Duh

  4. No internet connection on the Android app should result in the widget changing to offline

    The widget should not be online when the agent on the tawk.to app has lost or does not have an internet connection. This should be true if there is only one agent who manages or there are no other agents online.

    Thank you for the suggestion.

    At the moment it’s intended behavior – to make widget always be in Online state. It was requested feature long time ago.

  5. Scheduler setting on mobile app

  7. multiple images files upload in one time

    Currently Live chat allow to upload attached image file once at a time. If I want to upload 20 images, I have to attach them for 20 times from mobile app. Is it possible to improve uploading multiple images attached files at the same time ?

  12. Add an option to disable phone notifications when browser tab instance is in focus.

  16. Option to show URLs at User Navigated To area instead of Site Title

    In the mobile app instead of showing site title at Visitor Navigated if I could view URLs then it would be a lot helpful since all of my pages share the same title. An option to switch between site title and URL must be there.

  18. Lost internet connection on mobile App should give an alert/notification in order to avoid missing chats

    Currently there is no way to know if I am (due to connectivity issues) missing chats or not until after it has happened. Adding some form of alert when/if the Internet connection is down would be a huge blessing.

  20. Displaying number of messages for easy identification of active chats.

    We only get red border when visitors have replied. If we display number of messages exchanged in the chats of "chats" tab then it will easy to identify the active chat even we have lost it in large number of active chats.
