Remove Auto renew payment for addon
Hi,
We have subscribed for whitelabel branding removal addon and today it was auto renew due to saved payment method in the tawk.to dashboard.Please remove auto renew functionality for any payment because in this case if we don't want to renew for next year we need to memorize the next billing date upto next year.

Appear in video automatically when the customer arrive on the page
Hello I am french, so sorry for my english. I have a suggestion concerning the video call :
It would be genious to appear in video automatically when the customer arrive on the page. I mean, appear in video, without clic on a button to activate video option, you see ? I would the video to be "ON" everytime I decide it. In others terms, I could impose automatically my face in real time to the customer, without he have to validate it before, by clicking on a button, following my request by text.

Follow up tool for my clients
If my clients are getting information and need to follow up after some time.
Then rather than i would set a reminder on another app or in my phone it should be there as a "Follow Up Tool"

Add your logo to "Remove Branding" once this has been done I will then buy it but at the moment I do not wish to purchase it as it only allows you to put text.

Timed chat after so many minutes of what a customer chooses, the time runs out and a bell sounds letting them know then they decide if they
Customer goes on chat, picks how long they want to chat for a package. 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 45 minutes etc. At a certain price. once time is running out there is a bell sound letting the customer know so they can decide to continue at regular rate.

Chat appointment shedule; so customers can book an apointment for a chat / video chat

It would be great if you could change the background in the videochat. For example that you see the company logo instead of the background surroundings.

Do not display clients / conversations for unselected departments
When a customer selects the Technical Support department, for example, do not let the Finance department see that person being served at that time, unless they are redirected to the specific department or there is no one online in the desired department
