  2. Show website conversions.

    Lets say you own a ecommerce website. I think it would be cool if you guys could add a conversions page in the tawk.to dashboard. Maybe add something like most viewed products on this specific date, and total sales made yesterday. I think that would be an awesome feature and very handy!

  3. User based Chat

    In case of web applications where user is provided a chat option only after login. For example, if a User A login and chat with the Tech Support (Admin end) then log off. And if User B login to the same computer (assuming a shared computer); User B can see the chat history.
    Chat window should be user based. Once a user login with the Username, the username must be associated with Chat messages; if User B login User B can see only the messages of his own.

    This is only possible if we make an integration for that specific platform. There is no other way on getting this information.

    What platform are you using?

  4. More Color Codes of Website Visitors

    Currently the same color code "blue" is being shown for
    1) visitors who opened the chat panel but did not start a chat yet,
    2) visitors who are chatting with another agent, and
    3) visitors whose chat was ended by the agent with whom they were chatting with, and left their chat panel open.

    I believe that separating those three states into three different color codes would further help agents to recognize the upcoming chats.

  5. Sort active chats by operator's name

    While chat active, I wanna sort those by operator's name. So I can quickly see how many visitors are supported by each operators. sample : operator A is supporting 5 visitors, they are : aa,bb,cc,dd,ee. t

  6. JS-API: create Method like Tawk_API.onMessage(data) to handle client-behavior

    By default the Widget is closed because on the header on our site is an "Live-Chat Button" if we are online on Tawk.

    If the customer has'nt create an Chat (or it is already closed), the Widget will not be "shown" if we write him. This is the reason why i want a method to handle the behavior of the client to maximize the client.

  8. JS call to update URL

    There are sites where javascript is heavilly used to navigate through pages. However, this makes impossible for tawk to track user (and inform agent where visitor currently is) and "stucks" in the one where page inittially loaded. A simple function call like ".updateURL()" can suffice in order to call it whenever js-app demands it.

    I wish I could check my chatting history through APP, so I do not have to stay with a computer for a very long time.

  15. Let * replace remaining of the link

    If we want agents to manage only certain parts of the site we can set up in "sites & pages --> manage tawk.to pages" something like this www.sitename/support/* instead of entering each web address separately.

  16. An option to disable agents name in triggers

    Being able to disable the agents name in the triggers menu...

    Because when a trigger goes of, I use my name as an agent but then if I'm not around another agent then has to join the chat it can cufuse the customer a lot.

  17. More agent info / management in mobile app

    I would like to at least be able to see which agents are online through the mobile app. I am often mobile and I want to check that we have enough agents online to handle chats. It would also be helpful when initiating an agent-to-agent chat to know if they are online.

  18. Make Departments as Global setting for all properties

    Hello

    Creating departments are very common and flexible option for visitors to directly communicate with right departments.
    There are no any option in your chat software for that to create the departments globally for all configured websites.

    And this is very hactick work for vendors to manage departments as per website wise becuase vendor has lots of work already and they are not the proper time for manageing the lots of website and their departments.

    So i request you to add this feaute in your chat software as global setting.

    I stumbled across this feedback area, and later when I wanted to come here, I couldn't find a link to feedback anywhere obvious (to me). Maybe this could be included in the footer of the home page or somewhere in the dashboard (or both)

  20. auto-focus on selecting tab

    When an agent clicks on the tab down the left side of the window, the chat tab opens, but the particular chat window is not highlighted. It would be good for it to receive focus or otherwise be indicative which window the agent clicked. More handy when having multiple chats open and a user adds a new message to an existing conversation, upon entering the chat tab, it's not immediately obvious where it came from.

    Similarly when "join"ing a conversation, the message window should receive focus
