    Customise the chat widget back end so instead of it pulling in the first letter of the widget name - i can use a logo... This will make it very easy for my chat agents to identify from which website they are being talked to from

    Could you define a custom permission to configure the chat options in the drupal module.
    Currently it is set to "administer site configuration" which is too generic"

  5. Agent notification of a modal page openned

    I suggest to create a way to put an script to be loaded on an iFrame that tell the agent app about this iFrame loaded.
    To clarify:
    I would like to when the visitor opens a modal window using iFrame, this is showed on the agent app like a visited page, but without show the chat window to the visitor in this modal window.

  6. Add visitors count under Reporting Tab

    Under Reporting tab, add visitors and visits.

    Like you are showing chat volume ,missed chats etc. based on different domain.

    Please add visitors count of website.

    Thank you for the idea. We are thinking of expanding reports further in the near future. This is one of the statistics that could be helpful.

  7. Open links in same window (if the domain is the same)

    When I send a link to a customer it opens a new tab. If the link is related to the same website, it should be openedin he same window.

  8. Add sounds to notifications relating to Messaging (Ticketing) via web browser on the dashboard.

    By allowing sounds to the messaging
    (ticketing) notifications on the web browser, this alerts the staff member
    fully unlike just having a pop-up on the left hand side that may not even be

  9. enabling shortcuts in the middle of a sentence

    I was surprised to see that is not possible to use of shortcuts is the middle of a sentence. So you can't use the SC to write something like: "please visit this page: /(something)......."
    Some would say that you can put all the sentence in a shortcut already, but in my case it's not so easy because every client has different needs, therefore I cannot pre-set all the possible answers.

    Would it be difficult to fix this?

  11. Mark with the star chats to see later

    It would be great for people using Tawk.to in landings that you can mark the chats with a star or something like that to see that later or count it as good contact.
    It will really improve the system

  12. Visitor Tagging

    It would be helpful to be able to add a manual Tag/Flag/Color marker and a note for a visitor based on IP address (either as return or new visitor), so the host site may be able to recognize a Prospective customer or potentially undesirable visitor (without banning). This would allow to differentiate easily our own agent/users on the site from natural visitors.

    Hey Ryan,

    Unfortunately, the session cookie we store for a returning Visitor can get cleared either by clearing cookies or by opening a new browser Window. So currently we cannot track users a precise as we would like to for this to be very valuable.

    Once conversation has ended to be able to download it as a pdf so that it cannot be altered and saved accurately to customer profile

    Add a checkbox, that will show when users like / dislike the conversation ONLY if its checked. because some people spam those buttons

  20. Notifications with fast answers

    When we receive a message in windows desktop or mac os X, it will be very great if there was an form to fast answer directly on notification.

    Sometimes we receive a message and we could answer in a fast mode with we don't need to enter on app and answer..

    Thank you for the request. For common responses you can use the shortcuts feature which reduces the time necessary to answer the Visitor.
