  3. Assistance to other Tawk users (be a guest on another account)

    I have a customer who also uses Tawk, it would be a great feature if they could invite me into one of their conversations. For example, I may be able to assist in a specialist area there and then as an invited guest rather than being sent a transcript after.
    As a guest I would suggest that I would only have access to that specific conversation and not my clients dashboard etc.

    Allow us to hide the Desktop notification "I'm going to sleep" system tray message. I see someone asked for this in past and you declined it. And as someone also commented, I'd rather a pop-up in the tray when someone starts a chat.

  7. open mobile window too big - scale wish

    When I open the chat window on a smaller (normal cellphone) device, the full window is covered. It seems to be a new page - so I`m going to push the "back" Button and leave the site.
    Same page overlay is nice, but I suggest to scale the height to 80% (or adjustable) hat I can see the original Page in the background. AND a colored X to close the overlay window

  12. quick update of customer left the site

    we see when a neew visitor come it inform quickly but in most cases when someone left the page it still show that they are online in some case we had close the window for almost 15 minutes and it still show as it is monitring 1 person from the site !!! it has to be able to update visitors who left as quickly as it do for new visitors thanks

    The tawk.to plugin just shut down my music I'm listening on my iphone. And it's annoying! Sincerely hope you could fix this problem! Or I won't want to install it anymore although there are so many advantages of your plugin. And it is too bad becuz I truely like tawk.to:(

    Hi!

    Could you add an option for an agent to go "offline" but to stay active in the chat sessions he's already in?

    It would be very useful - let's say we only have one agent who's already chatting with 3,4+ customers, if he could go "offline" or "hide" from the other online customers in order to put all his attention to his current chats rather than have people wait and get frustrated over the wait, it would be great!

  16. Messages that cannot be replyed.

    In automatic options, add an option to display a message which cannot be replyed,until customers opens a chat (filling out the fields before starting a chat, and also if the chat is currently online) and an option that allow closing a chat (execute a automatic chat close in automatations and add like [close] tag to allow to send a message and also close the chat,a message which cannot be answered until chat is reopened.

  17. Widget click/maximize statistics

    It would be great if, in addition to the already existing statistical values, we could see how often somebody clicked on the minimized widget, i.e. maximized it (and also increase the counter when Tawk_API.maximize() is fired).
    We'd like to compare how often the widget is opened vs. how often users have taken any kind of action within the widget (initiated a chat, sent an offline message etc.)

  20. Add .po file to the plugin

    It would be great if you could add .po file to the WordPress Tawk.to plugin so people could translate everything in the plugin. For example now cannot translate the "X has joined the conversation".

    For a free plugin, I'd say 5/5 still! :)
