  1. option for customer activity to not show in the chat box

    I think the way it displays the customer tracking information (e.g. the website pages the customer is visiting), I think the way it shows this in the chat box AND on the right hand side of the chat box is unnecessary.

    It should only be kept on the right hand side, but not in the chat box too. This should be kept clear so that communication can be dealt with clearly and effectively.

    it really is unnecessary to have both, at least provide an option.

    PS, your software is amazing, I am really happy with it.

  2. Create new Accounts

    Providing an API to create new accounts/customers for white label Agencies. We would be able to integrate this in our provisioning application and don't need to do this off the process manually.

    We are currently in Alpha on our REST API, which will allow for account creation, and more granular Agent control.

    Once we release the beta, we will invite you.

    Make the chat window open with a message for all connected users. Ex. To notify the users that the system will go under maintenance in about ?? minutes.

  8. Implement this kind of feedback/bug-reporting feature

    This feedback service is great, but it's expensive ($99/month I believe). If you implemented it as part of tawk.to, you could use it yourselves and could offer the service to us as an add-on for a lot less than $99/month.

  11. Send custom messages into Tawk.to message section with custom page form

    The ability to use an API (preferably like PHP) or JS, but to send my site/page form into Tawk.to to have all messages in one place. This way the chats, and my own site form will send all messages to simply things and not have to worry about storing my actual form messages in another place.

    I want to set myself as invisible so I can leave after finishing up the current active chats.

    Scheduler is not a solution for us as we have different shifts and so no fix Schedule to setup

    If I'm not active, I have no idea who visited the website, and in what pages they were. You could display 'previous visitors' on the monotoring.

    I have a question...more like a suggestion......can you put a timer feature on here that tells and agent or an admin when it is time to log off from the account to end the work day? I saw a service that warns the person that it's time to come online to monitor the chat line and to go offline to close. Do you think this might be a free add on to be considered in the future? This way it can remind admins that the end of the time is almost over.
