  2. Customize which properties are live-tracked on their dashboard

    This idea came upon me when I was creating multiple properties for different website I am managing on behalf on my clients.

    My dashboard stats became more and more crowded and I was unable to track only my OWN website, since I'm admin of so many properties.

    It would be nice to be able to "mask" or "disable" some properties you're admin of from the dashboard.

  3. is there a way to intimate you if your visitor is staying more than 1 min in your site by way of any altertor sound in the chat window.

    As of now websites get lots of bounces where visitors are not too much interested in your site.. generally they leave within 1-2 min.. it would be nice if you have a trigger that will alert if a visitor stays more than X min in your site to the operator that will let him to attend to the visitor on a proactive way.. can you please try to add this feature in your sw - thanks - sgakumbakonam

    As a digital marketer, I strongly recommend to add a feature to capture the converted leads, or a feature to measure hot leads. It would be fantastic if you could integrate it with Google analytics as well

    It's like capture the name input and execute a trigger like:

  9. Change the dashboard make us easier to see all customer chats

    Hello dear tawk.to ,

    First and foremost i like to use tawk.to a lot we'r also using different wisgets like zopim and our website which has tawk is a bit difficult to catch all the customers with it in our prime times we'r getting 18-20 chats and its hard to catch for 2 agents they need to scroll every 4 chats to see what our customers are typing so i'm suggesting something for this

    What am i suggesting ?

    -make something similar like Zopim has get the chats at the bottom so we can see 20 chats at once and…

    We have planned a complete redesign of the dashboard once we finish all design for the new mobile apps.

    Spam filter for fowarded email messages.
    I forward my support@ email address to my tawk.to email address.
    My support@ will already mark the subject of spam with SPAM.
    It would be nice to have a filter system for message that contain matches of things in subject, body from, etc.

  13. How to reduce size of file "default" in browser

    Hello. Browser witch Tawk every time is reading a several components f.e. "default" to appropriate work of chat. Size of this file is over 400 KB. Id does every page page much heavier, than without. Do you have any suggestion, how to fix this?

  14. hide chat box after message is left

    After a message is left. the 'leave a message' box remains open. This allows for customers to constantly enter unlimited messages very quickly.

    If once a message is left, the ability to leave another message was disabled then this would not allow multiple messages so quickly.

  15. when creating an agent, select department they will be in.

    When creating an new agent, there should be a way to add them to a department.

    Currently when creating a new agent, one then has to separately go into manage departments and manually add that agent to the department.

  16. Have a way for an agent to see other agents by group

    There is no way for agents to find other agents based on the groups they are in. So the 'agent chat' should have a feature to allow agents to search for and 'transfer' chats to other agents by groups.

    If there are 10 total agents, 8 in 'general support' and 2 in 'tech support' and they are all online and a general support wants to know which of the other 9 agents are in 'tech support' he currently would have to start an agent chat with all other agents to find one. Where he should be able to group/search/filter other…

  18. Minimize the chat widget when the user press ESCAPE key.

    we have to click on the minimize button to minimize the chat window,
    its very non - user-friendly.
    I would like an esc-key or any other combination of keys which would minimize the chat window.
    If you could use combination of keys then we may have an option to close the widget too.

  19. Create history for agent to agent chats within a department for supervisory review.

    I am unable to find a history for agent to agent chat within a department. I would like to be able to review agent to agent chats as needed in a supervisory capacity or for HR needs.

  20. Emailed chat transcript should use full domain name, or be admin-settable

    Emailed transcript has subject "Chat transcript on <example.com>..." and email body starts, 'Chat on <example.com>".

    Problem where we use tawk, multi-tenant systems, where different subdomains distinguish different clients (abc.example.com, xyz.example.com, etc.) We use different site-id for each, so tawk can distinguish.

    Either, have transcript use full domain ("Chat on abc.example.com"), or provide a site-level configuration "display name", and use "Chat on ABC Corp."
