timestamp any notes made on a chat so that it is clear who has made which notes and you have a clear history. this will help build up a profile for that person for the next analyst to read.

Need Padding Option In Title Text
I noticed that there is no way to adjust the padding around the minimized button title text. Please add a padding option.

What sort of site do you have?

Mark an ongoing chat for email export - automatically send transcript after chat ended
Sometimes you already know during a chat that you will need to follow up later on via email/ticketing system.
It would be great if you could flag the chat for email transcript export while it is still ongoing and the transcript is sent automatically after the chat ended.
This is especially important since it takes ages till a closed chat appears in the messaging history.3 votes -

This is amazing service, and would be very useful for estore websites in Iran, but apparently Iran has been blocked because of USA sanctions, USA Sanctions over against Iran, google,microsoft,yahoo all removed their restrictions against iran. So your great company also can do this :)

Vertical align middle center pre chat form text
For some reason, the "pre chat" form doesn't allow blank lines. Naturally, the first line looks crowded with the input fields. Email for example if clustered. Just visit: http://imgur.com/oNAG0Rx
The "when online" content editor allows me to add blank lines (the return key) to create the desired effect.

When you load the dashboard the chat history needs to be the website not your tawk page.
When you disable your tawk.to page and only have your website. When you load the dashboard the chat history needs to be the website not the tawk page.

NEw Agent "Notification" Should be Clearly visible and highlighted!
Invitation from any site/profile/page for agents should be more highlights, as under bell icon, with smaller notification its difficult to find it out !
Ask the designers to make a good styled web2.0 type bubble/any-style icon, so it will be more visible.

horizontal chat screen in dash board so you can see more than 4 chat at the same time
because we have a lot of chat going on at he same time and we what to see all the chat at the same time in same screen. Now, the chat room is vertical and it so thin moreover, the maximum are 4 chat room so if we can make the chat room horizontal it will be so convient to see several chat room at the same time

Activate/Deactivate Sleep Mode on Monitoring Tab / Change Information Table Size
The new Monitor feature could be good, but with the current acitvate (and can not be deactivated) Sleep Mode, the new feature would be destroyed. Monitoring means: Sit and See! So please let the customer the choice if the activate the sleed mode or not.
An other needed fix is to make the informations line/tables on the Monitorinside flexibel and resizable. Some Pages have long URL or Site Title and on Monitor with more than 1366x768 Pixel) theres enough space on the right side available, so that it must be possible that the customer can resize the information lines.

Determine tablet for "hide in mobile"
We need set to be able to set breakpoints instead of "hide in mobile" option to determine if chat should show or not. Modern tablets have excellent viewports, just as good as the desktop, but is disabled when "hide in mobile". It shouldn't be this way.

Hyperlink available in Pre Chat Form
In the pre chat form, if you post a telephone number there, it will become a hyperlink. It would be beneficial to be able to add custom hyperlinks in the pre chat form. IE: "Click here to access xxxxxxxx" , upon clicking on that link, would re-direct users to a custom webpage.

Add a new row ~ Owner
It would be nice to add a new row "Owner" that would be the only one able to add an administrator , modify or delete it . It would also be the one to manage the site and widgets , the administrator concerned as managing agents and sections.

Long and loud alert for iPhone
It sucks to miss important chats because I don't notice the alerts when out of office with only my iPhone connected to your system. I run a one-man company and quite often my only connection to chat is my phone.
If the incoming calls keep ringing loud until I answer, why couldn't the chats, which are often even more important?
Your desktop alert is good, long and loud but it is kinda illogical to have a louder alert on desktop, where you normally stare at the screen anyways, compared to a phone that is in your pocket often in noisy…

Customize default site for history widget
On the dashboard's history widget, you select the site you're interested in. Being able to select a specific site as the default for history display would be awesome!
