  1. Custom logo format for knowledge base

    Currently, it is only possible to upload an individual logo in square format for the knowledge base (e.g. 200 x 200px). However, lots of logos have individual formats, e.g. rectangle instead of square.
    It should be possible to upload any kind of ratio/format.

  2. Het bericht dat je ziet als je de chat beeindigt, te kunnen aanpassen naar eigen wens.

    Nu wordt bijvoorbeeld automatisch "u" gebruikt, maar wij spreken liever met "je". Dit kan ik nu niet aanpassen.

    1)knowledge board table needs to have the standard add/remove, before/after once the table has been added

    2) WYSIWYG in the knowledge board paragraph

    3) knowledge board add code tool does not seem to work and confused by the option on the left when adding the code because it does not make the choice that is picked

    The code formatting feature in the paragraph block of the Knowledge Base displays a representation of code only. At this time, we do not have the ability to edit code directly in the Knowledge Base.

    Rows may currently be added and subtracted from tables by modifying the number of rows in the panel to the left.

    At this time, the best way to preview content blocks before completion is to publish the article to private and click the preview link.

    We have taken note of your suggestions and will post updates once the features have been approved and implemented.

    We currently don’t have an integration with Google chat.

    Alternatively, you can add a URL tab.

    Adding a URL tab allows you to embed a website within the tab. You just need to give the Tab a name and enter the URL.

  5. An option to do a chat form AFTER a chat has started - instead of PRE CHAT

    We have realized we lose a LOT of chat requests because people do not want to give the email and name prior to starting a conversation. We disable the pre chat form and we get twice or 3x the amount of live chats but now we do not have the customers information. I have noticed MANY other chat clients use a feature where you can start talking - then they have a section on top or in the chat for the customer to add their email or name if they want to. The pre chat form scares off a lot…

    However, I suggest using the shortcut feature to create relevant and useful canned responses. This will assist you to retrieve their details while your agents are on chats.

  7. Record of products visited by each visitor

    Make a record of the products visited by a visitor who has already left.
    There are many visitors who enter my website, consult some products and leave, but I cannot see what they visited my page, so it would be good to have a record of all those visitors with the products consulted.
    It would be a complete good for this excellent tool.

    At the moment, our Monitoring only shows real-time activities of visitors but does not record activity for future viewing when there is no chat activity.

    If your visitor has a chat history, navigation activity is available for viewing. However, you won’t be able to download the data.

    We are looking forward to providing this feature in the future. Updates will be posted once the feature has been approved and implemented.

  10. Badge icons

    Please add badge icons to IOS and Android devices as this feature should be traditionally native on most apps.

    I am posting a new post as the last one was posted 2 years ago and it does not seem to be resolved.

    A lot of online companies use mobile devices to do majority of work nowadays. This is a incredibly important feature as no body will know if they have messages outstanding without a badge notification.

  12. Allow messages to still be sent, even when offline (as an option)

    While offline mode is a great thing, it would be much preferred in my case to allow messages to still be received through the chat widget, even if all support staff are offline. (I.e. only have an online mode (24/7 mode))

    This avoids the user having to change context from messages to emails.

    This way when support are back online they can respond to the pending chat messages, in the same place the user is expecting it.

    It's similar then to what happens when you get a message from a friend, you just pick up where you left off, instead…

    I would suggest setting the status for all the agents to AWAY.

    Setting the status to ‘Away’ lets visitors know your agents are busy and may not be able to answer the chat.

    Your visitors will be able to send messages as usual and your agents will continue to receive chats in the Dashboard.

    Please note that your ring notifications will still be active and your agents will receive the ring 24/7 by default. You may ask your agents to turn off the ring notifications during the hours in which they are not working.

  13. Allow the phone app to stay signed in

    The phone app session times out every day. As I am a small business with only me monitoring, I need the phone app to stay signed in. It makes it even more painful signing in on the phone app every day as I have a strong password.

    Please add a setting to allow the phone app to stay signed in.

    As long as you didn’t LOG OUT from the app, you should still be able to answer chats, receive notifications and open the app without logging back in.

    I have tested it on my end, and the mobile app didn’t require me to type my username and password.

    I hope this addresses the issue.

    I would recommend creating shortcuts, or canned responses, for repetitive replies. Setting up shortcuts saves time and keeps your answers accurate and consistent.

  17. Shopify integration - add customers automatically

    Whenever a customer pings us, I am capturing name, email and phone number. We are using Shopify for our store.
    It would be really great is these can be added as customers automatically, it help us in end to end integration for marketing requirements.

  19. Add a tool to paste and retain formatting from Word (or other external word processing or text editing applications)

    Add a button to the Knowledge Base toolbar to paste clipboard contents from a word processor or text editing application such as Word that will retain that applications' formatting.

    The default format and font of our Knowledge Base is Lato, sans-serif. We currently don’t have other fonts that can retain the formatting of Microsoft Word.

  20. Add an increase and decrease margin (indent) tool to the Knowledge Base.

    Please give us the ability to increase and decrease margins in the Knowledge Base. This would allow us to create indented paragraphs, and also nested lists (either bulleted or numbered).
