URL in mail
I have a feature request, which will be very useful for marketing activities.
When we get offline messages on mail, we are unable to find out from which page the visitor is sending the offline messages.
If we can have a small feature of tagging the URL of the page, it will help a client a lot with a faster response time to their visitors.I hope others will also find this useful.

Public Kiosk
I have seen other like 3rd party apps like yours that has a pop up asking the user to end the chat. this clears the chat window. I am wanting to use this on a public kiosk I am developing . Especially the video chat. I am willing to be a reseller of this 3rd party app as part of our kiosk to my customer base. Schedule when to accept chat and when not to (as an agent)
As an agent i want to accept/not accept chats based on the time of the day. I don't want to manually turn it on every morning and turn it off in the night before I go to sleep. Again, this is on agent level, not the widget itself.

Option to change the position of tawk to chat icon separately for mobile and desktop
Now when we change the position of tawk to chat icon, it changes for both desktop and mobile. But I only want to change the position in mobile-only. So providing this new feature will help us.

Not auto-deleting unsent responses when user disconnects
It is very frustrating when writing a response (often longer, complex - collecting data/support URLs from various resources) to a user, the message gets automatically deleted when the user disconnects. Very often users disconnect due to internet connection issues, and are back in a couple seconds - yet we need to start all over again, all previous work wasted. Even if the user leaves, the response could be easily reused for a follow-up (not really possible when all is just deleted).
