  1. Enable Widget Bubbles on mobile responsive or triggers ability to open chat box on mobile responsve

    Currently most website visitors come through mobile responsive. Now widget bubbles are not supported on mobile responsive and triggers do not open the chat box automatically on responsive. It is not possible to attract visitors attention to the existence of the chat capabilities. It will be good it if is possible either to add a bubble to the widget to inform visitors of the chat capaiblity or to allow the triggers to open the chat box and display a message to visitors on repsonsive.

  2. Add a “tip agent” button at the end of a chat

    At the end of a chat, a “Tip agent” button will pop up so you could tip either a hired agent or regular agent. The agent will optionally asked to input their PayPal email address to receive tips. If the agent does not want to receive tips then the tip agent button will appear grey and if you click it it will say agent is not accepting tips.

  6. Preview avatars of agents before starting the chat

    Before starting the chat visitor should have the opportunity to see who can respond to their questions.

    It creates impression that there is a real team working on the service and it's part of "who we are".

  12. Allow the chats that turn into tickets that use email transcript to display the Aliase name on the email sent, not the real s that turn into

    Presently the emails that are sent to customers or visitors are displaying the real name of the operator, not the Aliase name. This can become confusing internally and to the visitor.

  14. Display message previews if widget is hidden

    Currently if you have the widget hidden to use a custom button to trigger the chat window, if a trigger goes off it opens up the chat box and dose not display the message if you have pre-chat form enabled.

    Would be better if it displayed the bubble above where the widget loads just like if the widget is visible

  15. Allow different Slack channels to be notified depending on department selection.

    I want to notify different slack channels i.e. sales if a customer has a sales enquiry or support if it's a support enquiry. Right now we can't pull the department type to Zapier even just to let them all see it so the appropriate person can respond.

  16. An option to disable displaying agents profile picture once chat is closed

    When the chat is done, agent's profile picture is displayed in the bottom. It's better to have an option to disable that and display the default chat icon as first appears to the visitor.

    We'd like to know when the widget went offline, as we just get a weekly email that tells us the uptime of the widget, but not when it was down, and the reason why it went down
