Chat history is very important and lovely. I like the fact that we can see the chat history report as at when the user is online like site visited, minutes spent, referred domain but it would have bee. Extremely lovely is these histories don't dissappear automatically when the user is offline so this report can be used for reputation management and decision making7 votes
