  3. Get active or logged-in wordpress username or names automatically

    About the tawk.to plugin for WordPress, I believe it would be impressive to have the names or usernames of logged on users updated automatically when they are online to use the tawk.to app to reach administrators.

    That's what they expect and that's what we expect too. Having to make everyone type in their names or usernames for identification every time they use their mobile phones, desktop browser, incognito mode or change to a totally new browser is rather inconvenient.

  4. Encrypt messages to Ticket Forwarding Email

    When sending an email to the message system YOURCODE@tickets.tawk.to the emails are not encrypted.
    This represents a significant security risk for sensitive customer data

  5. IP whitelisting

    Is it possible that we can restrict agent's access within a specific IP? this way we can easily monitor agents activity within our office and that would help us prevent unauthorized chats..

    You can BAN your agent’s IP Address in order to hide the chat when they are browsing your website.

    This will also hide their statistics in your Monitoring section.

    Alternatively, you can save the details associated with your agent’s computer/ IP Address.

    The next time your agent visits your website, their name will now appear under the MONITORING section. They will still be included in the statistics report. However, you can now identify which visitors are your agents and which are your actual visitors.

    To do this, follow the steps below:

    1. Ask your agents to visit your website and let them initiate a test chat.
    2. Join the test chat.
    3. Under the Active Chat window, select the Details section located on the top right side (“i” icon).
    4. Rename the auto-generated IP…

  6. Consolidated Report for chat questions

    When chat starts you have a set of questions that customer answers. Right now the replies are only in chat transcript. If I want to check how many customers selected which option, I cannot. A consolidated report would help. This would be a nice feature to have.

  8. Advanced departments

    Department function improvements:

    ​1. Chats can be assigned to chosen Department.
    Today all Agents, including those who are not assigned there, can see the incoming chats.
    It could be nice to set a parameter to avoid the visibility of all incoming chats and notifications for every department.
    The goal is to include a widget in a site page where customers can ask support only to a specific department.

    (​Currently, there is no setup to hide chats from some Departments.
    and all agent from all departments can be notified if nobobody answers. just consider to make this an option)

  11. Get Visitor Data in JS API

    hi, i found this function in JS API

    thats can do an action on PreChatSubmit

    I want to request to get
    visitor.data.email
    visitor.data.name
    visitor.data.phone

    in that function, we can forward the data to external API
    like CRM, that has add subcriber to list api post method.

    Example value of data:

    You can then decide how the data will go to your other CRM.

  12. Offline message notifications on mobile

    Can you please enable mobile notifications when an Offline message has been received? We've had a few messages recently but only found them in the email inbox a few days later. If a notification had been sent by the mobile app we could have responded much sooner. There are notifications for just about everything else.

  13. Desktop application to System Tray

    I always find having the Tawk icon on my taskbar is useless, I barely ever go into it until a notification pops-up which I then click. It would be great to have it minimized to system tray and still receive notifications.

  14. Need feature to disable Send Again Button in Offline Form

    I have been using this app for a long time. It has been excellent till now. But, for the last couple of days, I am getting spammed due to one of your features.

    There is an option of Offline Form. It is a good feature when no agents are available and still, we can not miss the inquiries but, there is one drawback here. When a user fills up the form and clicks on submit, the form gets submitted. Then, he gets redirected to another window that has the "Send Again" button. And because of this, he can…

    We currently don’t have an option to remove the “Send Again” button on the offline form.

    When a user clicks on the Send Again button, it will ask them again to fill in the form.

    This is helpful if your visitor needs to add another detail to their inquiry or raise a new message.

    In your case, you are receiving multiple forms as Spam in your inbox.

  15. Show the full URL of referrals from Google - so we can spot the keywords

    At this time, when you get a chat thru, it tells you if it was direct, or from Google.co.uk etc. What it fails to do, is to show you the FULL referral URL, such as: https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=sofa+bed

    This is about as vital as it gets, as we can then see how a customer found is, and means we can perhaps put more effort into that keyword search to push us further.

    We can ask the customer, but often they forget what they searched for, and have to go back.. . back.. in their browser.

    Consent form not set correctly on your live chat.
    All other softwares like comm100, livechat, appypie they set correctly.
    Online visitors appear always to operator if consent form is ON.
    On your live chat online visitors not appear to operator if consent form set ON.

    Monitoring statistics on your Dashboard and Triggers on your chat widget will not appear unless the visitor has accepted the terms in the consent form.

    The Consent Form section in your Dashboard gives you options for advising visitors of their rights and offering them a chance to consent before entering a chat.

    Our feedback rating is through our Sentiments feature. This is where the visitor can click the thumbs up and down icons to rate the chat conversation.
