    Add integration to search for Zendesk articles in Knowledge Base using their API.
    Would be great to answer support questions by searching knowledge base articles and provide the link

  2. An options to see previous chat for visitor

    Hello

    Right now there is no feature for visitors to check previous messages. So please add this feature. You just need to save all chat in browser local storage and if any returning customer then load chat from local storage.

    Only 4-5 lines of code you need to add in your script.

    Hi, KNOWLEDGE BASE should be an admin feature.. agents should not be able to change/edit that section.

  7. Deleted users will still show in the Group chats. There is no way to remove them manually.

    Deleted users will still show in the Group chats. There is no way to remove them manually.

    Even if the users have deleted their Tawk account they still will be shown in all the group chats.

    The support team suggests that we may create a new group chat. Not a good idea as we lose the history.

    My suggestion is to have these possibilities as a admin to delete undesired or inactive users from the group chats.

    If one cannot reply to a customer on live chat after i.e. 1 minute, a message should appear along with a contact form asking them to leave their i.e. name, contact number and email address. Once they hit 'submit', the details get sent to a designated email address.

  17. Domain Restriction [Add more option for accepted format]

    It would be good if we can have more choice on domain restriction.

    Currently we can restrict only specific url and its matching wildcard url.

    But we want it more specific like we want to show the chat widget on domain.com/%custom-post-type%/%custom-post-name% (in our case domain.com/courses/coursename/) but not in domain.com/%custom-post-type%/%custom-post-name%/%child-post-name% (in our case domain.com/courses/coursename/lesson_name)

    We can manually add every course name to restrict it. but it is very much inconvenient for us as we have lots of course.

    It would be great if there something like url placeholder opiton or regex to fulfill the need.
