  1. Change the color op the trigger

    It isn't possible to change the color of the trigger pop up now. My site color is white and the trigger color is also white. It doens't POP OUT of the screen now.

  2. Webhook event for offline chat messages.

    When any customers submits form when agents are not online; tawk sends offline message email to the configured emails. I’m looking for a feature to include this offline message in the webhook event, so far webhook has chat start, end and tickets events . It will be good if the offline message event also added in the list. If this feature is already existing or if I missed anything to achieve pls comment

  3. Allow the phone app to stay signed in

    The phone app session times out every day. As I am a small business with only me monitoring, I need the phone app to stay signed in. It makes it even more painful signing in on the phone app every day as I have a strong password.

    Please add a setting to allow the phone app to stay signed in.

  5. Knowledge Base before chat

    Put a knowledge base field on pre-chat form before visitor proceed to chat. So put a keyword on this knowledge field to find answers before proceed to chat. Check comm100 to see how work.

  7. personalize the time stamp on emailed chat transcripts to local time of agent/manager

    I request that the chat transcripts sent via email are personalized to the time zone that the agent/manager is in. We are in CST as are most of our clients (regional company) and the emailed chat transcript lists the chat time as GMT (+5). It is very confusing for managers/agents to see that time stamp in emails, and think they are five hours late to a conversation that just happened.

    The time stamp on the website UI does show our local time. Consistency and personalization would be great and reduce confusion. Thanks for considering this request.

  8. Add a trigger for when a user is about to leave the page/site

    I currently use GoSquared and the only thing I'm missing from this is the trigger when a user is about to leave the site. It's hugely valuable to me because it results in many responses and I get the opportunity to 'save' the sale.

    I would suggest creating an Advance Trigger for this type of scenario.

    OPTION 1:

    The Trigger will fire if the visitor status is Away.

    Away means that the visitor is on your website but has been inactive for more than 10 minutes.

    You can do this as follows:

    1. Select Administration Section > Trigger > Add Trigger
    2. Select Trigger Type > Advanced
    3. Type the Trigger Name and Description
    4. Under CONDITION > When a visitor has loaded the chat widget
    5. Under CHECK > All of the following conditions 1. Visitor Status > Equals > Away
    6. Under ACTIONS > Send message to visitor (This is where you can input a message)

    OPTION 2:

    The Trigger will fire if the visitor is still on your site for X minutes (Example: 5 minutes)

  9. Allow ordered lists to start with a different number in a KB

    I have an ordered list in a KB that has an image after item #2, but when I continue with items 3 and 4 in another paragraph element and try to use ordered list again, it only lets me start it with #1.

    I would like to be able to change the starting number for ordered list format.

  10. Allow Internal Links in an Embedded Knowledge Base

    We have embedded a tawk.to Knowledge Base in our site, but we'd like to link to other articles in the KB without having it pop open another browser tab, i.e., stay in the embedded KB on our site.

    Here's some javascript that may help do this:

  11. The internal property color.

    I have a few different properties and i would like to be able to change The internal property color.so that i can see clearly which property has the customers on it because now i am finding it very annoying because it is not noticeably different and i have to look at the little letter of the property to see which property it is.

  12. RPC to create a ticket programmatically (when someone fills my website's contact form for instance)

    Hello,

    I'd like to replace my website's contact form with a ticket-creation. For that I'd need a RPC url on your side that I could call, providing email, name, and message.

    Very easy, and usefull for other situations as well.

  14. Schedule when to accept chat and when not to (as an agent)

    As an agent i want to accept/not accept chats based on the time of the day. I don't want to manually turn it on every morning and turn it off in the night before I go to sleep. Again, this is on agent level, not the widget itself.

  15. Option to change the position of tawk to chat icon separately for mobile and desktop

    Now when we change the position of tawk to chat icon, it changes for both desktop and mobile. But I only want to change the position in mobile-only. So providing this new feature will help us.

  16. Placeholder grammar/syntax to refer to user-data (use in Shortcuts and Tabs, access CRM, make call, send SMS…))

    It's nice to have user data (either Pre-chat form or JS API adding Meta-Data). It's even better to USE it !

  17. Remove "Message Us" from the bottom of KB articles if there is no chat widget enabled in the KB settings.

    Alternately or in addition, let me specify the text and the link so that I can provide an alternate way for the user to provide feedback.

    Currently I am living and working in India and really enjoy the culture here. I really like Indian music so I want to install Indian ringtones. Someone who knows any reputable site can provide the latest ringtones for me.

    Update the Wordpress Plugin to offer WooCommerce Account Dashboard integration:

    Add a “Support Tickets” tab in the WooCommerce Account Dashboard on the font end where customers can view/create/respond to Tawk.to Messages (support tickets).

    Add a “Knowledgebase” or “FAQ” tab where customers can access the Tawk.to Knowledgebase articles from within the WooCommerce Account Dashboard on the front-end.

  20. Would like ability to dynamically hide the widget with code/css

    I have a notification which appears at the bottom, and on mobile, the chat widget is in the way, and is always on top no matter what I do with styling.
    Have tried hiding all the iFrames, which works, but when I display them all again, it shows more than the chat widget icon, it shows some broken html, with a few fields as if I had opened the chat.
