  1. Webhook for shortcuts

    Add a possibility to make a webhook request in a shortcut and add a placeholder to send the response to the customer.

    Background:
    Im selling a software and want to generate a trial license for the customer and send it to him via shortcut or automatically when he visit the website.

    It Would be great to export all messages from chat, not by packages 100 messages but all which we have from define time period

  3. Trigger conditions based on client side metadata

    Having the ability to add conditions based on the metadata (or attribute) that is set from the client would be incredible. This would make the triggers in Tawk much more flexible.

  4. Allow widget to specify which types of file can be sent in live chat

    I would like if the widget can specify which type of file the customer can send in live chat. Like i want to disable video uploads in the widget but allow customer to upload and send a picture

  7. CRM Integration with Justdial , Indiamart , etc

    It would be useful for the Indian clients if the CRM Integration is done with India’s local search engines like Justdial , Indiamart , etc

  8. New Knowledge Base (Private)

    Can you please make the Knowledge Base Private, available only to customers within your system?

    This is important for enterprise applications that do not want all of their IP exposed to the public.

    At the moment, our Knowledge Base only has 2 options for visibility: Public and Private mode.

    Public articles are available to be read by anyone with access to the URL.

    Private articles are only visible by your team within tawk.to apps when signed in to the Property associated with the article.

    We’re continuing to build out our Knowledge Base product and have taken on your suggestions. We will post updates once the feature has been implemented.

  9. display country name on flag when mouse hovered

    Have the country name show up when mouse is hovered over any flag through out the full application

    It is tedious if I want to see the country if I am not familiar with the flag I have to click in and then check in the info section that shows up

  10. ensure TawkConnectionTime cookie does not appear until cookie consent is given

    TawkConnectionTime cookie currently loads when the widget appears even though it does not provide any visitor tracking to the app/dashboard. It would be better if no cookie was created until consent is given.

  11. Provide text colour options for knowledge base article titles

    It would be great to have the option to change the text colour of knowledge base article titles. At the moment it is only possible to change the body text, not the title itself.

  12. I think there should be a feature to select the gender (male - female) when starting the conversation

    so that when customers text, I will know what gender it is for consultation ( translate.google.com)

  13. Ability to add a + on chat function for international numbers

    International clients cannot add a + on the phone number. Would be really helpful to have the ability to add a + at the start of the phone number for international dialing

  16. Customize the text at the end of the chat, before the transcript submission form

    I would like to customize the text that is displayed at the end of the chat, which invites you to leave the data in a form to receive the transcript of the conversation via email.

    I wish there were an ecwid inegration , so we can see what's on the customers cart, abandoned carts, show products etc..

  18. its better if I could add a list customers to tawk thereby concurrent customers can be identified next time when they appear on the website

    I use tawk but there are many customer who are regular visitor on my site. its convenient to identify them by the admin whenever they appear on my site. At present, they need to introduce themself which looks old age system.

  20. View on Monitoring Page - Add brief question so agent

    I want to see part of the question listed and all of the question(as you hover) in the monitor page instead of opening each one to see the question. That allows agents with specific question roles to search and answer...
