    The history on the dashboard should have a filter to check based on date/month/year/customize the range

  4. The Chat room, user chats only budypress

    members can send messages to each other and connect to a common chat channel. Thanks to Budypress (wordpress) members can be connected directly.

  5. App for Wix App Market

    My suggestion is to add an app for the wix app market.

    Then there are no bugs anymore and
    because now, the widget is hidden on mobile phones.
    There isn't any possibility to show it on mobile phones because of html.

  6. Chat history

    Chat history is very important and lovely. I like the fact that we can see the chat history report as at when the user is online like site visited, minutes spent, referred domain but it would have bee. Extremely lovely is these histories don't dissappear automatically when the user is offline so this report can be used for reputation management and decision making

  10. No internet connection on the Android app should result in the widget changing to offline

    The widget should not be online when the agent on the tawk.to app has lost or does not have an internet connection. This should be true if there is only one agent who manages or there are no other agents online.

    At the moment it’s intended behavior – to make widget always be in Online state. It was requested feature long time ago.

  11. Sound notifications for agent whispers

    PLEASE implement this. Being alerted to agent whispers will make the chat process faster and more professional.

    Add the functionality to request the user's name and contact details after a trigger chat has been created.

    We're always having to ask for the user's name and email after the fact when a trigger has been set off.

    Ticket reply emails are in english, not in locale language. For example:-

    Would be great if you could assign a different ring tone to each property. This way agents can tell where chat/message is coming from without looking at screen. Thanks!
