  1. Highlight active filters in KB articles

    In the Knowledge Base it would be convenient to highlight the active filters in the articles, so that it is clearer to see which filters have been activated, distinguishing them from those that retain their initial values.

    Especially necessary in the case of Categories.

  3. Analyize chats which are postiv & negativ rated

    I see stats about negativ, postiv and neutral rated chats but I cannot see which chats are meant in special. I think it is a must have to offer a better user experience.

  4. Link to a specific part of the document in KB

    Link to a specific part of the document, the headings (H1, H2, H3 ...) to be exact, and thus have a visible index or, at least, have the direct link in that specific part of the document.

    It is very convenient to be able to have a subtitle link to refer to the part of the document that interests you.

  5. Add knowledge base functionality to API

    It would be a great addition to allow opening knowledge base categories & articles in the chat window through the Tawk javascript API.

    This way we can integrate the Tawk package into our software even more seamlessly.

    The “Widget Card” feature will let you add a search bar, highlight an article or show an article list.

  6. typescript support

    It would be awesome to have at least some TypeScript Types or TypeScript Interfaces.

    I created a tawk Interface to make it easier for my colleagues to avoid mistakes while using the Tawk JavaScript api.

    }
    

    So i can use it like this:

    As per our developer, our documentation states that our API functions accept two params, and the second is a callback function, so it needs to be a function.

  7. Bad Impression

    In your product feature section its showing your screen sharing is free, but the voice +video+screen sharing is add on .. I had selected this software only for that feature but now you r saying its paid, and your customer care says maybe out dated information , why should I suffer for Your fault ??

    The Igbo language is the most spoken language of Nigeria globally. I request the inclusion of the Igbo language as a target language in your project if you intend to include Nigerian languages like Yoruba and Hausa (There are three (3) major languages in Nigeria which is Igbo, Yoruba and Hausa) and the most entrepreneurs of the that most likely need your service are the Igbos known for international business.

  9. Open chat after click on triggered message

    When a triggered message appears and you click on it, you expect that the message opens in the chat window. Instead, it only opens the widget home screen with different options which is confusing.

    Is there any possibility to directly open the chat message?

  10. Custom logo format for knowledge base

    Currently, it is only possible to upload an individual logo in square format for the knowledge base (e.g. 200 x 200px). However, lots of logos have individual formats, e.g. rectangle instead of square.
    It should be possible to upload any kind of ratio/format.

  11. Het bericht dat je ziet als je de chat beeindigt, te kunnen aanpassen naar eigen wens.

    Nu wordt bijvoorbeeld automatisch "u" gebruikt, maar wij spreken liever met "je". Dit kan ik nu niet aanpassen.

    This is all for the knowledge board

    1)knowledge board table needs to have the standard add/remove, before/after once the table has been added

    2) WYSIWYG in the knowledge board paragraph

    3) knowledge board add code tool does not seem to work and confused by the option on the left when adding the code because it does not make the choice that is picked

    The code formatting feature in the paragraph block of the Knowledge Base displays a representation of code only. At this time, we do not have the ability to edit code directly in the Knowledge Base.

    Rows may currently be added and subtracted from tables by modifying the number of rows in the panel to the left.

    At this time, the best way to preview content blocks before completion is to publish the article to private and click the preview link.

    We have taken note of your suggestions and will post updates once the features have been approved and implemented.

    We currently don’t have an integration with Google chat.

    Alternatively, you can add a URL tab.

    Adding a URL tab allows you to embed a website within the tab. You just need to give the Tab a name and enter the URL.

  14. An option to do a chat form AFTER a chat has started - instead of PRE CHAT

    We have realized we lose a LOT of chat requests because people do not want to give the email and name prior to starting a conversation. We disable the pre chat form and we get twice or 3x the amount of live chats but now we do not have the customers information. I have noticed MANY other chat clients use a feature where you can start talking - then they have a section on top or in the chat for the customer to add their email or name if they want to. The pre chat form scares off a lot…

  16. Record of products visited by each visitor

    Make a record of the products visited by a visitor who has already left.
    There are many visitors who enter my website, consult some products and leave, but I cannot see what they visited my page, so it would be good to have a record of all those visitors with the products consulted.
    It would be a complete good for this excellent tool.

    At the moment, our Monitoring only shows real-time activities of visitors but does not record activity for future viewing when there is no chat activity.

    If your visitor has a chat history, navigation activity is available for viewing. However, you won’t be able to download the data.

    We are looking forward to providing this feature in the future. Updates will be posted once the feature has been approved and implemented.

  19. Badge icons

    Please add badge icons to IOS and Android devices as this feature should be traditionally native on most apps.

    I am posting a new post as the last one was posted 2 years ago and it does not seem to be resolved.

    A lot of online companies use mobile devices to do majority of work nowadays. This is a incredibly important feature as no body will know if they have messages outstanding without a badge notification.
