when someone uses a png file for the chat icon, allow the image to not have a white background.
i designed my chat widget to not have a background so it would float on our page. But your system auto fills a with a white background... it would be great if this could change

Enable user moving or hiding chat icon on mobile version
Chat widget is great, but on mobile websites sometimes it covers some element, for example "submit" button in my case.
Can we enable "floating" in a way that customer can move it on the other side of the screen by holding finger on it a bit longer?Or that customer have an option to hide it?

Please add automate mail to assignee when the chat is assigned to another agent
Agent 1 took call and has no sufficient information
After the message is done, agent 1 convert to ticket and assignee to Agent 2

visitor typing JavaScript API
i wanted to track conversions on Google Adwords and i used API function of onChatStarted. in console logs this function is triggered even when agent sends a message to the visitor.

Clone an existing ticket to create another
The idea is to be able to create a new ticket based on the information of an existing tickets. It is usual to have to create new tickets with almost the same info of another, just changing a few info. In this cases this should be very useful for time saving.

change icon position automatically depends on page direction if ltr or rtl (right or left)
now I set the position as I want I know but the position still manual set but if rtl direction I need to change the position automatically, I suggest (I'm js developer and this is the solution) to detect page direction in variable then set position depends on it, it's soooo easy :)
