    Agree! There is no way to detect 2 agents with same name! I don't know which one I have to remove now.

    For visitors, that I set name during the chat - the name presented instead if "V1449230376550663".

    Now I see all visitors in history like V1449230376550663 - it's very hard to find specific chat.

    I set Visitor Name for some chats in history - to easily find him later. But in history they to still presented like V1449230376550663. Not with user-defined "Visitor Name"
