    It would also be great if we could send over a command to make the customer's chat window vibrate, buzz or ring to remind them in case they missed the initial "ping" sound when I've replied.

    This is a feature of Hubtalk so I can see when my customers are logged in. Their orders show up and other info too. Great feature.
