    Hi there dear tawkers,

    Although this is a good idea, we are not currently planning on expanding the analytics because there are other tools that are made specifically for tracking visitors in this way ex. Google Analytics.

    And i would like to add a bit more than the first message ask, i want to add all that and add too how many times a person comes, that appears in other chats that we used where for the ip, u can see how many times came that person. That is very useful, and monitoring is good but should be better if that would saved all that.

    The problems is that we work in spain, and we talk in spanish, so we need to be able to change that text or translate it at least to spanish

    we have 2 differents bussiness with different agents, and we need to transfer people who comes asking us about a thing is for the other website, because it's the same group but with differents partners, so they have to see only the part we need to transfer, not all conversations.
