Option to only allow agents to join as their alias. Answer: At the moment, all agents/admins can create their own aliases. They now have the option to answer chats using their real name or an alias. You can protect your identity by creating a new alias the customer sees when you respond to chats. Helpful link: https://help.tawk.to/article/creating-and-managing-aliases 2. Option to only allow admins to remove history. Answer: Agents don’t have the authority to delete chat history. Alternatively, create a chat widget for each language. Adding multiple widgets to a Property can be helpful when you want to customize your Widget to match different sections of your website, languages or settings. Each new widget you add will be in English by default. For each set of pages with a new language, you’ll need to create a new Widget and manually set the language.     This would really be appreciated. Or even just a button that quickly allows the user to switch between English and Spanish - this button would then indicate to the agent that the user has requested to chat in Spanish.
