Hi, Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for reaching out. We currently don't have a feature for changing the margin settings of the chat widget. The tawk.to chat widget offers six different positions from which you can choose: top and bottom corners, middle-right side and middle-left side. We have just released a major update to our chat widget. You can now set a separate position for your chat widget on Desktop and mobile devices. Follow these steps to change the position of the chat widget on mobile: 1. Click the Administration cog in the lower-left corner of your Dashboard. 2. Select Chat Widget. 3. Under Widget Appearance, select Advanced. 4. Under Mobile Widget, select your preferred Mobile Widget Position. We're happy to help!

One of the major reasons businesses fail or don't flourish like they want is because they don't listen to the needs of the customers..
Folks who have fixed items at the bottom of page for things like an add to cart button and info about the product that appears on scroll and stays fixed at the bottom of page, the Tawk app is in the way!
This is my #1 issue with the Tawk app. So much so I may have to leave. When my site is profitable it was my plan to go white label with Tawk but a profitable site changes the dynamic because for the price of Tawk white label, although I haven’t looked, I might be able to find a chat that is white label that does not open full screen on tablet with hella white space above the form... I don’t understand how Tawk can drop the ball on something which seems so obvious. They have a good tech team but the design team is majorly lacking.
It is ugly and not functional from a “all customers” perspective.
