    Great news! We have just released a major update to our chat widget.

    You can now enjoy the chat widget’s new look and features on Mobile.

    You can now set the position of the chat widget on a mobile device.

    Follow these steps to change the appearance of the chat widget:

    1. Click the Administration cog in the lower-left corner of your dashboard.
    2. Select Chat Widget.
    3. Under Widget Appearance, select Advanced.
    4. Under Mobile Widget, select your preferred Mobile Widget Position.

    At this stage, changing the size of the icon is not available.

    We’re continuing to build out other features and have taken on your suggestions. We will post updates once the feature has been implemented.

    I would really like to just see a notification on the mobile chat bubble to let the user know someone is online and ready to help but at the same time they can ignore it. When I start a chat and it takes up the whole window it's a bit confusing how to close it right away and isn't a great UI for my customers.
