At this stage, a property’s chat history can be viewed and accessed by all members of the property. The Messaging tab makes it easy to access a customer's previous conservations, tickets, offline messages and missed chats. To All Our Valued Users, Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for sharing your question here. The widget size can be modified if you choose to have the 'rectangular shape' as your chat widget. You can also change the message that appears on the minimized chat widget in the Widget Content settings and even modify how sharp the edges appear. Font and other size features of the chat widget have already been submitted to our engineers. Your request is acknowledged and updates will be posted once the feature has been implemented.
