    Is there estimated time for this feature? Is it in development? A simple sound notification or pop-up would be great so that we could proactively engage with the visitors on our site. this would eb great for sales and marketing. Please do this soon

Regarding your concern, once the members have been removed from the property, you will not be able to delete their names manually in the group chat list. I would recommend asking the members to "leave" the chat group FIRST before deleting them from the property. Alternatively, create a new group chat with the rest of the team members. We do, however, offer the Screensharing feature as part of our Video+ Voice + Screensharing Add-on. This Add-on can provide better support when your customer needs help in navigating your website.     We are already porting functionality from the desktop version to the mobile version(s). Eventually all of the functionality will be available on the mobile apps also.

We do, however, have our Google Adwords Tracking integration. Google Conversion tracking can help you see how effectively your ad clicks lead to valuable customer interaction with tawk.to. This article explains how to create a conversion action to track visitor engagement with the widget.     Hi there Mary,

    You are correct that 2 Widgets would conflict each other. You can setup different departments for chat and contact and they will show up in different colors so the right people can answer, based on the color of the conversation.

    We will be working on routing soon which will ring the conversation only for available Agents in the specific department.
