    Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for sharing your question here.

    At this stage, we don't have a trigger that will automate in line with a multiple-choice/form.

    I'd suggest using the following trigger sequence:

    1. The Basic Site Notification - trigger fires the Welcome Message.
    Support Link: https://help.tawk.to/article/creating-and-managing-triggers

    2. Once the visitor clicked the message, the PRE-CHAT FORM will appear.
    Support Link: https://help.tawk.to/article/using-the-pre-chat-form

    3. Once the user selects an option, the Trigger will fire with a message containing the condition keyword you referenced earlier (eg. keyword for option 1)

    To configure the Advance Trigger, do the following:

    1. Select Administration Section > Trigger > Add Trigger

    2. Select Trigger Type > Advanced

    3. Type the Trigger Name and Description

    4. CONDITION > Run Trigger > When a visitor sends a chat

    5. CHECK > All of the following conditions
    >Message > Contains > (keyword you referenced earlier)

    6. ACTIONS > Send message to visitor > Agent Name > Message (eg. Yes, we provide xxx)

    We currently don't have a voice recording feature for a file attachment, however, you can now attach a file or take a photo and upload this to our widget.

    Hi,

    Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for sharing your challenge here.

    You can view all your live visitors in the Monitoring section under four categories - Active, Idle, Unanswered and Served.

    In the Monitoring section, you can now Filter visitors based on their location, status, which agent they are being served by, which page or site they are on or by tags.

    However, we currently don't have a reporting feature to download site visits.

    This is Sienna from tawk.to. Thank you for reaching out.

    I have added a simple character for a smiley face " :) " and that Emoji showed up on the Trigger.

    However, we don't currently have a feature making other emoji options available, including Flag icons.

    We're continuing to build out our Messaging product and have taken on your suggestions.

    Yes, you are right. We have noticed that while the copy and paste functions are available in the Dashboard on a browser, they are currently not available on the Windows Desktop App.

    We currently don't have an editing feature for sent messages inactive chats.

    I would recommend creating Shortcuts or canned responses for repetitive replies. Setting up Shortcuts saves you time and keeps your responses accurate and consistent. This also ensures that your spelling and grammar are correct.

    As mentioned by our in-house support, we currently don't support hiding the chat widget in the Quick View popup for Magento 2.

    We also offer a Webhook function for the following events: Chat Start, Chat End, and New Ticket.

    Hi,

    This is Sienna from tawk.to. Thank you for reaching out.

    As long as you didn't LOG OUT from the app, you should still be able to answer chats, receive notifications and open the app without logging back in.

    I have tested it on my end, and the mobile app didn't require me to type my username and password.

    I hope this addresses the issue.

    We currently don't have a feature for creating a hyperlink on texts.

    Alternatively, you can create Shortcuts or canned responses with the exact link of the page. Your link will be clickable for the recipient of your email.

    Shortcuts are template responses you can use while chatting with visitors to save time and make sure your responses are accurate and consistent.
