    Thank you for the suggestion.

    Web-dashboard will show agent as not online after some time.
    Only session on our mobile apps (Android and iOS) will keep widget always in Online state.

    To make widget be in Offline you can change your status on mobile to “Invisible”, log out or end mobile session from other device (in web: Profile – Browser & App sessions).

    Also you can use the “Scheduler” feature to auto turn the widget online/offline during certain hours.

    At the moment Android app has no option to have customized theme, but we will look into it in the future.
    Currently there is a lot of features that need to be implemented in Android that are now present in web-dashboard.

    Current number of users is 95, since each user can put more points to his vote.
    In this year we plan on making new integrations for the tawk.to, but main priority will be integration with social networks.

    At the moment there is no emoji customization, but they could be disabled:
    We have released new options under Widget Settings, including ’Disable emoji selection`.

    Those options could be found in Admin – select required asset (widget) – Widget Settings.

    After disabling emoji, they can continue to be downloaded until download script won't be removed from Cloudflare cache.
    It can take awhile to be cleared, maybe couple of hours. After that emoji won't be downloaded with the widget.

    After disabling they shouldn't be downloaded.
    Can you please name your website or write to support@tawk.to with info about the problem, so we could assign ticket to our developer. Thank you

However, both the height and width of the rectangular chat widget can be customized. This customization is only available for the Desktop Widget. We also have a new feature for changing the position of your widget in mobile view. Helpful links: 1. The tawk.to chat widget offers six different positions from which you can choose: top and bottom corners, middle-right side and middle-left side. We have just released a major update to our chat widget. You can now set a separate position for your chat widget on Desktop and mobile devices. Follow these steps to change the position of the chat widget on mobile: 1. Click the Administration cog in the lower-left corner of your Dashboard. 2. Select Chat Widget. 3. Under Widget Appearance, select Advanced. 4. Under Mobile Widget, select your preferred Mobile Widget Position.     Good afternoon!
    Thank you for your request and feedback.

    User will see only impersonated name (Alias), but in history chat (into which visitor chat is converted after some time it is ended and is put in Messaging section) you are able to see real admin name who was serving the chat like – aliasName (adminName).
    Of course it requires some info (date/time as you mentioned) to find this chat. BUT also if you know to whom initially belong Alias name you can search by selecting show-chats-only, selecting that admin as Assignee and scroll through chats list looking for one that has two assignees put in dashed boxes.

    Such situation should not happen usually, cause if happens – such person should not work in a company, cause he frames other person.

    That was not suggested instead of your request, your request is open and can accept other peoples votes, so we could consider implementing this option, but as a possible way how to deal in this situation.

    By using same alias:
    - agent can ask for help of other(-s) agent(-s) and they can answer from his name without confusing visitor how many agents are in the chat;
    - switch with other agent (if he need to go away), visitor might not need to see that person with whom he spoke left;
    - if user recreated the chat same alias could be picked so he will think that he is speaking with same person, if that previous agent is unavailable.

    All depends on rules in your company, how they need to act in this or other situation.

    Google analytics doesn't track Visitors, it tracks sessions. I.e. Bots and scrapers included.

    We only track real visitors.

    In the future we will have more granular permissions control, which will allow you to turn off reporting.
