    Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for sharing your ideas here.

    At this stage, we don't have a feature for rearranging the view of your Triggers on your dashboard.

    Please note:
    The sequence of your triggers is dependent on when they are set to fire and not on when they were made. If the first trigger is set at 1 minute and the second is set at 20 seconds, the triggers will follow the timing rather than the order in which they appear in your dashboard.

    We will post updates once the feature has been implemented.

    We currently don't have a feature to generate reports specifically for Tags. However, you can search multiple Tags and download the chats under the Messaging section.

    This is a great idea! Having a larger agent's profile picture will help the branding of the Customer Service team and help improve the customer's overall experience.

    Indeed, many cities in the USA have the same name. Including a STATE in the location description will help identify the correct location of your user.

    We currently don't have a feature to show the email address of your active agents.

    The only way to identify Agents with Aliases is to know their real names. All agents that use aliases will have their real name shown in brackets.

    Example: Tony (Matt) has joined the conversation.

    At this stage, only the agent is able to transfer a chat to another agent/department.

    The user can only select one department prior to beginning a chat.

    New phone SMS and voice dial features are coming out soon.

    At this stage, we don't have a trigger that will automate in line with a multiple-choice/form.

    I'd suggest using the following trigger sequence:

    1. The Basic Site Notification - trigger fires the Welcome Message.
    Support Link: https://help.tawk.to/article/creating-and-managing-triggers

    2. Once the visitor clicked the message, the PRE-CHAT FORM will appear.
    Support Link: https://help.tawk.to/article/using-the-pre-chat-form

    3. Once the user selects an option, the Trigger will fire with a message containing the condition keyword you referenced earlier (eg. keyword for option 1)

    To configure the Advance Trigger, do the following:

    1. Select Administration Section > Trigger > Add Trigger

    2. Select Trigger Type > Advanced

    3. Type the Trigger Name and Description

    4. CONDITION > Run Trigger > When a visitor sends a chat

    5. CHECK > All of the following conditions
    >Message > Contains > (keyword you referenced earlier)

    6. ACTIONS > Send message to visitor > Agent Name > Message (eg. Yes, we provide xxx)

    I have added a simple character for a smiley face " :) " and that Emoji showed up on the Trigger.

    However, we don't currently have a feature making other emoji options available, including Flag icons.

    We're continuing to build out our Messaging product and have taken on your suggestions.

    Yes, you are right. We have noticed that while the copy and paste functions are available in the Dashboard on a browser, they are currently not available on the Windows Desktop App.

    We currently don't have an editing feature for sent messages inactive chats.

    I would recommend creating Shortcuts or canned responses for repetitive replies. Setting up Shortcuts saves you time and keeps your responses accurate and consistent. This also ensures that your spelling and grammar are correct.
