See our latest release here: https://www.tawk.to/category/updates/ates This new update can add a Knowledge Base search bar to the widget, so your visitors can search and find answers before starting a chat. Our Widget Card feature also lets you show articles, list articles in a Knowledge Base category or share a video in the widget. Hi,

We currently don't have a voice recording feature for a file attachment, however, you can now attach a file or take a photo and upload this to our widget.

Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for sharing your challenge here.
You can view all your live visitors in the Monitoring section under four categories – Active, Idle, Unanswered and Served.
In the Monitoring section, you can now Filter visitors based on their location, status, which agent they are being served by, which page or site they are on or by tags.
However, we currently don’t have a reporting feature to download site visits.

At this stage, all property members have the access to create and modify Knowledge Base articles in the admin panel.
We're continuing to build out our Knowledge Base product and have taken on your suggestions.

Hi,
This is Sienna from tawk.to. Thank you for reaching out.
I have added a simple character for a smiley face " :) " and that Emoji showed up on the Trigger.
However, we don't currently have a feature making other emoji options available, including Flag icons.
We're continuing to build out our Messaging product and have taken on your suggestions.

Yes, you are right. We have noticed that while the copy and paste functions are available in the Dashboard on a browser, they are currently not available on the Windows Desktop App.
We've acknowledged your request and have forwarded it to the dev team. They will work with this suggestion and will add the feature in due course.

We currently don't have an editing feature for sent messages inactive chats.
I would recommend creating Shortcuts or canned responses for repetitive replies. Setting up Shortcuts saves you time and keeps your responses accurate and consistent. This also ensures that your spelling and grammar are correct.

As mentioned by our in-house support, we currently don't support hiding the chat widget in the Quick View popup for Magento 2.

This is Sienna from tawk.to. Thank you for reaching out.
As long as you didn’t LOG OUT from the app, you should still be able to answer chats, receive notifications and open the app without logging back in.
I have tested it on my end, and the mobile app didn’t require me to type my username and password.
I hope this addresses the issue.

We currently don't have a feature for creating a hyperlink on texts.
Alternatively, you can create Shortcuts or canned responses with the exact link of the page. Your link will be clickable for the recipient of your email.
Shortcuts are template responses you can use while chatting with visitors to save time and make sure your responses are accurate and consistent.
