    We currently don't have a feature for sending voice notes and sharing location.

    However, Whatsapp integration is part of our latest development.

    We currently don't have a CSAT survey after the chat session.

    What we have is a Sentiment feature that shows how many visitors have given feedback to the chat agent by clicking the thumbs up or thumbs down ratings in the chat widget.

    If you wish to check the agent's statistics for User Satisfaction, do the following:

    1. Select the Reporting section of the dashboard in the left sidebar
    2. Click the filter icon
    3. Select the agent
    4. Select the option to download the report as a CSV file.

    The report will show you how many Negative, Positive, or Neutral sentiments each agent receives from their chats.

    We've acknowledged your request and have forwarded it to the development team. They will work with this suggestion and will add the feature in due course.

    We currently offer our Voice/Video/Screensharing add-ons that will allow you to communicate with your visitors via video chat, voice calls, and two-way screen sharing.

    The icons will be shown on the top right side of your chat widget window once the feature is activated.

    1. SHOW widget only on specific domains and/or urls
    2. HIDE widget on specific domains and/or urls
    3. Country Restriction

    At this stage, Regex or URL placeholder restriction is currently unavailable.

    At the moment, only a pop message will appear if you initiate a chat on your end. The chat will not maximize unless the visitor replies to the message. This also happens when a Trigger message is sent to a user.

    All members of the property, including both agents and admins, can view and answer chats together on the dashboard.

    We don't have a feature providing selective user rights for WordPress users.

    At the moment, we don't have a feature allowing the user to view their chat history in the chat window.

    Alternatively, they can choose to have the chat conversation sent to their email address by selecting the "email transcript" option located in the top right corner of the chat widget.
