    This is a great idea! Currently, we don't have a calendar schedule for holidays.

    Our Scheduler feature has only a function to manage the operating days and times of your chat widget.

    We're continuing to build out our dashboard and have taken on your suggestions.
    We will post updates once the feature has been implemented.

    At the moment, the chat widget’s rectangular shape on mobile can't be modified.

    Alternatively, you can select the bubble shape icon for a smaller chat widget appearance.

    If you are referring to the agent's AVATAR, we currently don't have an option to change its color and icon. Alternatively, you can personalize your agent's profile by uploading your own image/avatar.

    At this stage, we can monitor and gather a report of the agent's performance through our Sentiments feature. This is where the visitor can click the thumbs up and down icon to rate the chat conversation handled by the agent.

    Your suggestion is a great idea for gathering more information about the agent's performance.

    This how the chat widget behaves on a mobile device:

    1. If the chat widget is configured as a POPOUT, the chat widget will open in a separate tab purely for a chat.

    Visitors will have to come back to the main tab if they wish to navigate your website.

    2. If the chat widget is configured to MAXIMIZE, the chat widget will open within the current tab and the chat widget will follow the visitor as they navigate your website.

    It will notify the visitor if there is an unread message in the same way it would for a text message on a mobile phone — a little red 1 or 2 appears on the widget.

    I wanted to get clarification about the phone number link you're referring to.

    Do you mean that you wish to be able to send a phone number to your user as a link with an option for an automatic phone dialer? If this is the case, we currently don't have that feature.

    Both SMS functionality and a voice dialer are already on our development roadmap.

    We will post updates once the feature has been approved and implemented.

    At the moment a Trigger will run when one of three conditions has been met:

    1. When a visitor has loaded the chat widget
    2. When a visitor requests a chat
    3. When a visitor sends a chat message

    If you wish to run the Trigger only when the user clicks the chat widget, you can set the Trigger to option 2 or 3. This means your customers still need to initiate a chat for the Trigger to run.

    We don't have a pre-chat form field allowing country code selection for mobile numbers.

    Alternatively, you can add a phone number field and edit the text to request the additional code. For example, "Input Phone Number With Area Code."

    I wanted to clarify if the time out session you are referring to is the Monitoring section or the visitor's active chat session?

    For Monitoring: By default, monitoring will go into sleep mode if Agent has been inactive for 10 minutes. You can change the time period before Sleep Mode activates or Disable the monitoring section from going into Sleep Mode.

    For Active Chats: The session will end after 20 minutes of inactivity.

    We have taken note of your suggestion of prolonging the session and will post updates once the feature has been approved and implemented.
