    I would suggest creating an Advance Trigger for this type of scenario.

    OPTION 1:

    The Trigger will fire if the visitor status is Away.

    Away means that the visitor is on your website but has been inactive for more than 10 minutes.

    You can do this as follows:

    1. Select Administration Section > Trigger > Add Trigger
    2. Select Trigger Type > Advanced
    3. Type the Trigger Name and Description
    4. Under CONDITION > When a visitor has loaded the chat widget
    5. Under CHECK > All of the following conditions 1. Visitor Status > Equals > Away
    6. Under ACTIONS > Send message to visitor (This is where you can input a message)

    OPTION 2:

    The Trigger will fire if the visitor is still on your site for X minutes (Example: 5 minutes)

    If you are referring to the order of Knowledge Base articles, it is now possible to customize the sequence of your articles.

    You can now present your articles in the correct sequence for completing a task or simply make it easier for your customers and team to find the most frequently requested articles first.

    All properties have a random background color with the first alphabet letter of their website (Example: letter "S" for simon.com) generated as the default Property Image.

    I would suggest updating the Property Image with your COMPANY LOGO.

    This will help you easily identify different properties on your Dashboard.

    Follow the steps below to update your Property Image:

    1. Administration > Overview
    2. Property Image > Modify Property Image
    3. Upload Photo

    This will also hide their statistics in your Monitoring section.

    Alternatively, you can save the details associated with your agent’s computer/ IP Address.

    The next time your agent visits your website, their name will now appear under the MONITORING section. They will still be included in the statistics report. However, you can now identify which visitors are your agents and which are your actual visitors.

    To do this, follow the steps below:

    1. Ask your agents to visit your website and let them initiate a test chat.
    2. Join the test chat.

    To remove the "Message Us" icon on your Knowledge Base, you need to disable the chat widget function.

    The chat widget on your Knowledge Base is linked to your tawk.to Dashboard. Disabling the chat widget will stop it from appearing on your Knowledge Base site.

    At the moment, there is no option to modify the words "Message Us."

    To disable the function, follow the steps below:

    1. Administration Tab > Knowledge Base
    2. Under Chat Widget > None

    At this stage, we don't have a feature allowing users to adjust the spacing and margins of the chat widget on mobile, other than the standard options we provide - top and bottom corners to middle-right and middle-left side.

    We do have our JavaScript API documentation allowing you to invoke a flexible set of methods that can be used in your web projects.

    We currently don't have an option to create an accept/ignore button in the chat widget.

    Once you’re online, you have the option to either answer or not answer the incoming chats.

    I recommend that you set your status to either "Away" or "Invisible".

    > Away
    You're online and have set the widget to away. This lets visitors know you may be busy and not able to answer.

    > Invisible
    You're offline and not ready to answer chats — this is perfect for monitoring chats.

    Our Knowledge Base has functions allowing you to easily add sections to your articles, including the "Code" block.

    This feature allows you to share snippets of code and formatting within your Knowledge Base articles.

    This is a great idea! Auto reply and ticket updates can be helpful reminders to customers about the status of their tickets — whether they are pending or resolved/closed.

    At the moment, we don't have these features. We do have our Mail Notification that sends emails for all the Chat Transcripts, New Tickets, Offline Forms and Missed Chats.

    We're continuing to build out our Messaging product and have taken on your suggestions.

    We only have an option to select or not select Show Ticket Submission Form.

    In the tawk.to Dashboard, you can set up your widget to hide or show a URL/domain for an entire site or just a specific page.

    If you wish to hide your main site (e.g. website.com/help/) and decide to only show the widget on a small number of pages, use the SHOW widget only on specific domains and/or URLs.

    To do this follow the steps below:

    1. Go to Administration tab > Chat Widget
    2. Availability Restriction > Domain Restriction
    3. Toggle on the Domain Restriction and choose either to "SHOW widget only on specific domains and/or URLs" or HIDE widget on specific domains and/or URLs.
