    At this stage, we don't have a feature allowing users to adjust the spacing and margins of the chat widget on mobile, other than the standard options we provide - top and bottom corners to middle-right and middle-left side.

    We do have our JavaScript API documentation allowing you to invoke a flexible set of methods that can be used in your web projects.

    You can check our JavaScript API documentation here: https://developer.tawk.to/jsapi/ and review whether these settings will work for you.

    We currently don't have an option to create an accept/ignore button in the chat widget.

    Once you’re online, you have the option to either answer or not answer the incoming chats.

    I recommend that you set your status to either "Away" or "Invisible".

    > Away
    You're online and have set the widget to away. This lets visitors know you may be busy and not able to answer.

    > Invisible
    You're offline and not ready to answer chats — this is perfect for monitoring chats.

    At the moment, we don't support scripting for the Knowledge Base.

    Our Knowledge Base has functions allowing you to easily add sections to your articles, including the "Code" block.

    This feature allows you to share snippets of code and formatting within your Knowledge Base articles.

    Thank you for choosing tawk.to and reaching out.

    This is a great idea! Auto reply and ticket updates can be helpful reminders to customers about the status of their tickets — whether they are pending or resolved/closed.

    At the moment, we don't have these features. We do have our Mail Notification that sends emails for all the Chat Transcripts, New Tickets, Offline Forms and Missed Chats.

    We're continuing to build out our Messaging product and have taken on your suggestions.
    We will post updates once the feature has been implemented.

    The chat widget will still appear whether or not they clicked the "X" icon (minimized chat widget) or ended the chat.

    We only have an option to select or not select Show Ticket Submission Form.

    Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for sharing your challenge here.

    In the tawk.to Dashboard, you can set up your widget to hide or show a URL/domain for an entire site or just a specific page.

    If you wish to hide your main site (e.g. website.com/help/) and decide to only show the widget on a small number of pages, use the SHOW widget only on specific domains and/or URLs.

    To do this follow the steps below:

    1. Go to Administration tab > Chat Widget
    2. Availability Restriction > Domain Restriction
    3. Toggle on the Domain Restriction and choose either to "SHOW widget only on specific domains and/or URLs" or HIDE widget on specific domains and/or URLs.

    I would suggest relocating your chat widget to another position to avoid covering your main table menu.

    We currently don't have a Recaptcha or Spam filter option for the chat widget.

    Alternatively, you can ban Spammers by their IP address to prevent them from accessing the widget on your site.

    We already have received requests to change the "X" mark icon to run as an end chat session instead of minimizing the chat widget window.

    Our new widget design is due to launch in the coming weeks and may address this concern.

    I have forwarded your concern to the dev team, and as per our developer, the data that you filled in on the pre-chat form will go to <onPrechatSubmit> as data (array).
