You may try the following suggestions to identify/limit your agents under the ‘Monitoring’ section: To identify whether the visitor is your actual user or your agent, you can follow the steps below: 1. Ask your agents to visit your website and initiate a test chat. 2. Join the test chat. 3. In the top right section of your active chat window, select the ‘Details’ section (tab). 4. Rename the long auto-generated IP Address to your agent's name. You can also add their email address. 5. Save all settings. The next time your agent visits your website, their name will now appear under the ‘Monitoring' section. You can ban the IP Addresses of all admin and agents. Once banned, the widget will be hidden and will not be visible in the monitoring section. Visit this…

Alternatively, create a chat widget for each language. After adding a new widget, you can now set your preferred language. Create a Trigger and manually set the language. Please note: Each new widget is in English by default.     Hi, Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for reaching out. We currently don't have a feature for changing the margin settings of the chat widget. The tawk.to chat widget offers six different positions from which you can choose: top and bottom corners, middle-right side and middle-left side. We have just released a major update to our chat widget. You can now set a separate position for your chat widget on Desktop and mobile devices. Follow these steps to change the position of the chat widget on mobile: 1. Click the Administration cog in the lower-left corner of your Dashboard. 2. Select Chat Widget. 3. Under Widget Appearance, select Advanced. 4. Under Mobile Widget, select your preferred Mobile Widget Position.     I don't know if you notice, but it seems the developers purposely "locked" the position by literally messing with the CSS specificity on the iframe displaying the chat :
    - Dynamic id
    - Use of inline style
    - Each CSS rule has `!important`

    Put together, this seems very unprofessional from their part. The developers are to blame not for not giving us a "no code" feature to change the inset, but for the fact they purposely made the inset (and other CSS properties) harder to override.
