    1. There should be a customize Signature option in ticket replies, which ensure customers about Support executive identity and departments etc this also looks professional, most of the chat software has this option.

    2. Email SMTP integration option where customer will email directly and support ticket will be created automatically instead of urs.

    3. Options to edit replies in tickets.

    4. Embeded script for support ticket form which can be inserted in webpage where ppl can fill the details and open the tickets directly from our website.

    5. Request. How can customer feedback letters be translated?
