    We currently don’t have automation to fill custom fields in shortcuts when answering chats.

    Automation is a feature on our product roadmap. Our engineers are working on this feature and updates will be posted once it has been implemented.

    This is a must have for all widget like yours. Users do like when you address to them to their name and it just an extra point for him to make a conversion at your website. The more personalized approach is used the better for the business. I follow such personalized approach in my project https://xxxstory.best/de.html and we managed to achieve a top level - we personalize our emails, messages in the app, our app and mobile push. So you should look at this feature and implement it ASAP because in your widget people interact and write messages.

    To be honest, this feature is a must for mobile-first era, since the current form are still difficult for filling at mobile devices. And auto-filling could solve this problem once and for all. We defined this problem couple years ago and fixed in the project https://videobeseda.com/ - as soon as this feature was live, the conversion rate increased dramatically. Anyone could expected such result but such small improvement was a total game changer for us!

    I totally understand you and your problem. I had exactly the same problem and could not solve it completely. Unfortunately, this is a fact - importing dialogs from one system to another is practically impossible, or it is possible only with the involvement of experienced developers. I did something like this when importing dialogs in my project https://ulive.chat/uk/p. Yes, it is long and laborious. But for many users it is very important to keep the correspondence with other users, so we took this step.
