At this time, the direct chat link opens in a full browser window. There is no setting in the dashboard for modifying its size.

Only one screen is recorded the entire time. If the host is the only one sharing video, the recorded format will default to https://expertstattoos.com/ Speaker view with a shared screen.

Using Teams integration, you can invite anyone in the organization to view and collaborate on customer records right within a Teams chat or channel. You can also make and receive calls from within Dynamics 365 and get the work done more effectively.
