    At the moment, we don’t offer language selection before commencing a chat.

    Alternatively, create a chat widget for each language.

    Adding multiple widgets to a Property can be helpful when you want to customize your Widget to match different sections of your website, languages or settings.

    Each new widget you add will be in English by default. For each set of pages with a new language, you’ll need to create a new Widget and manually set the language.

    This what we have been looking too. We have clients all over the world. Also I chats can be forwarded to agent who speak that language.

    We have agents who speak different languages and we would like to forward foreign clients to agents who speak theirs language.

    Hi there dear tawker,

    We are currently planning on developing granular permissions that will solve this problem.

    Hope this will be solved in the near future.

    It will be good is agent can see only his own chats.

    We have agents who speak foreign languages and we do not want give them access to all chats. Country base access will be good option.
