However, both the height and width of the rectangular chat widget can be customized. This customization is only available for the Desktop Widget. We also have a new feature for changing the position of your widget in mobile view. Helpful links: 1. To be able to choose from different chat / message icons. I don't like the design of the message icon so I made one myself which I love, to later realize I cannot change it with normal css.
I would love to have different icons to choose from.

This would be awesome so that I can import the emails into MailChimp and send them emails as part of my campains... looking forward to this feature.
