    You have left! (?) (thinking…)
How important is this to you?

Hi, Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for reaching out. We currently don't have a feature for changing the margin settings of the chat widget. The tawk.to chat widget offers six different positions from which you can choose: top and bottom corners, middle-right side and middle-left side. We have just released a major update to our chat widget. You can now set a separate position for your chat widget on Desktop and mobile devices. Follow these steps to change the position of the chat widget on mobile: 1. Click the Administration cog in the lower-left corner of your Dashboard. 2. Select Chat Widget. 3. Under Widget Appearance, select Advanced. 4. Under Mobile Widget, select your preferred Mobile Widget Position. We're happy to help!

How long will you launch the new update, with the issue resolved?

    Hello

I have a problem that I can not solve with my theme developer either

The answer received on your chat

We came in contact with a person on the chat on https://www.tawk.to. In connection with my problem, the chat is overlaid over the menu bar on mobile, the menu bar is at the bottom and the chat covers my shopping cart, so I can not use the chat. The answer received on your chat: chat is not displayed correctly on the site due to the menu at the bottom.

My developer's answer to the chat that covers the bottom menu

    --------------------------------------------------------------

I don't wanna be rude, but that's a bullshit. you can tell this to chat module developer. There is no "normal" position for mobile website navigation. If they try to investigate - bottom navigation are becoming more and more popular last two years. Also any NORMAL module, which have only 4 position of fixed element - should have option to increase or set paddings from the sides. If you don't give your customers these options - at least don't do tons of inline styles with !important, which doesn't mean anything, but prevent customization of position.

Can you change the chat to display the chat just above the menu at the bottom or how to move chat to 80px from bottom.
Can you make an update to solve this problem appearing on the bottom-up menu web site?
