    During a chat, we need to have the option to push a form filler to a customer. Instead of EVERY time having to ask a set of questions to a customer. When you provide a service at their house, and you have to get their name, address, email, phone, etc. This is not something you can request pre chat, because you'll never get any chats at all. Rather than leaving it up to the agents to always ask for the info, it would be better to always send the same fields for them to fill out on the customers side.

    Customers that have questions on simple things (how do I pay an invoice online?) needs a go to place where they can look up the answer themselves in a FAQ area. This is to help the customer that is still trying to self service/answer their question, and cuts down on actual repeat chat questions. When will this feature be available? (Responcierge offers this service - this is what I'm attempting to explain).
